    We had a positive experience with Enterprise when our car was being repaired and we needed a rental for 2 weeks. At no charge, they quickly sent a driver over to pick us up from the collision shop. The sedan rental they provided was immaculate, looked like new and had been prepped to be driven out quickly. We completed the paperwork and were on our way in just minutes. The rental office is conveniently located, and close to several Philly body shops.

    It's been a pleasure to regularly rent a car from the 12th & Washington Ave; location, in Philadelphia Pa;. All very pleasant and polite group of employee representatives to deal with.. So far, very satisfying experience renting at this location for a few months now. Thanks to all employees there, for always helping to make my car rental experience a pleasurable positive one..

    Could not be more thankful for the help of Ryan and the other woman who helped make sure I was able to get a rental in comparison to the vehicle I drive. The dealer insisted I had a sedan, while my vehicle is clearly stated as an SUV. Not only did they insist I received a vehicle that was in the same class or better, but they handed all of the communication as well so that I didn’t have to. Amazing customer service!!
