  I’ve rented from this location twice. Both times, they had the best pricing in the center city area. The staff here is also polite and friendly. That can sometimes be a rarity in the city. The cars have always been new models and clean. We will book again!

  We recently gave up our car and decided to rent a car whenever we have a need. The proximity to our residence, the availability of the car we booked ahead of time, and the very positive interactions with the staff left us very pleased with the experience and we will continue to rent from Enterprise at the 19Street location in Philadelphia.

  Wonderful office here and had a great experience! Very customer friendly team and especially Evan who provided clear information, was timely and quick with the whole process. Great location and nice cars. I find that Enterprise seems to have good teams compared to often indifferent employees with other companies like Avis and Budget..

  I had a very frustrating experience with this location. I returned the vehicle on time, and the vehicle has GPS, so the return time should be easy to verify. I also confirmed the return with the ground staff who was present at the location. Despite that, I was later told I owed a balance because the vehicle was supposedly returned “after hours” and that the charge was for valet parking. This does not make sense to me, especially because when I returned the car, I was told the location was open 24/7. I have repeatedly asked for the basis of the charge, the exact amount allegedly owed, GPS or system records showing the return time, the rental agreement clause authorizing the fee, and an itemized breakdown. So far, I have not been provided valid documentation supporting the charge. A branch statement saying there were signs in the office is not proof that the vehicle was returned late, especially when the vehicle’s GPS and the ground staff can confirm the timing. I am still asking for clear documentation and a proper explanation before accepting any balance as valid. Because of this experience, I will never be renting from enterprise again. Edit: The customer support team is completely unhelpful and sends people around in circles, and cannot help with this.
