Location was closed and when I called customer service little to no help was given. I eventually rented from another further out location but had to pay for two uber rides when I was expecting pick up service and wasted an hour and a half because nobody thought to tell customers about the problem or sought to handle it in an expedient manner.

It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about helping customers, and Mercedes absolutely does. She made the entire process smooth, welcoming, and stress-free. They did not have any of the options that were available in their internet page 10 minutes before I dropped on site, the quotes do not match their internet prices once you are on site and employees are rude. I would not have rented a car there if it had not been an emergency, please avoid this business unless left without options. Cheers,
