  Pick up service was requested and when I waited and no pick up happened I took uber to the location. Location was closed and when I called customer service little to no help was given. I eventually rented from another further out location but had to pay for two uber rides when I was expecting pick up service and wasted an hour and a half because nobody thought to tell customers about the problem or sought to handle it in an expedient manner.

  I had an amazing experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car thanks to Mercedes! From the moment I walked in, she was kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond by giving me helpful tips about Philadelphia and even told me about saving money on rentals,which I truly appreciated. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about helping customers, and Mercedes absolutely does. She made the entire process smooth, welcoming, and stress-free. Enterprise is lucky to have her!

  I'm not one to complain on the internet, but holy moly, I didn't expect a large, reputable company like this to wrong a customer like this. I reserved a large SUV or a vehicle of similar size to take my family to the airport for international travel. I made sure to reserve it a couple of days earlier, as I didn't want any last-minute surprises, as this would be disastrous for the family. We confirmed several times the day before and the same day that the car would be ready. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, which was at 4:00. The car wasn't there. They said it would be ready by 4:15. At 5:00 pm, they finally brought the car, only to say, "Oops, sorry, we don't take cash or debit cards. It has to be a credit card. Debit cards are not accepted." They dropped me off to another of their location, saying there was a minivan there that they would let me rent. Mind you, i paid for a chevy suburban. The manager at the new location told me that I needed a utility bill to be able to rent the car. A utility bill! How many people carry utility bills to rent a car? Of course, i wasn't able to rent the car. Shame on you, Enterprise, for your unprofessional treatment. I will never do business with you again.

  Great staff who go out of their way to take care of you. Just try to reserve early to ensure you get the car you want/need as the selection is not as big as other locations.
