  I took my car to the shop for a state inspection, and they originally tried to charge me $2,600. I went to another shop for a second opinion, and they found similar issues with the car. I got my tires fixed at the second shop and then took the car back to the original shop. The mechanic told me that only one tire needed to be replaced, but then they tried to charge me for two. The final price ended up being $1,500. Today, I almost got hit on the driver’s side of my car. When I tried to use my horn, it wasn’t working properly—it would work sometimes and then stop(before I took it to the shop). So I paid for a service that they didn’t fully fix. They said they would look at it to figure out what happened, but I’ve only had the car back for 7 days. Now I have to rearrange my schedule because they’re not open on the weekend for them to fix something they should have already addressed. I was so frustrated in the moment that I couldn’t even form words. They tried to offer me candy. I went today to get the car fixed, and the owner, who I have never seen, tried to tell me I lied about the situation. He tried to say there was nothing wrong with the horn. He said he can’t fix what’s not broken, but I went to another shop to have them look at it and see if everything they said lined up. This is a chain shop. Then he tried to say it was working—which one is it? When I left the shop, it was working, but I had mentioned to them that sometimes my horn works and sometimes it doesn’t. He tried to come after my character. Now I can’t see the inspection details on the website, but again, I took it to another shop. I uploaded reports from two different shops. If they had just admitted the mistake and fixed the horn, it would be a different story. But to remove the inspection details, tell me I’m lying, and say I’m slandering the shop’s name for no reason—like I don’t have better things to do—is unprofessional. I went to the shop multiple times to figure out what I needed and made sure I understood and that we were on the same page. Then they said when I informed them I left, I didn’t give them a chance to fix it. I couldn’t form words.

  Very cunning people, although the car is in perfect condition, but they want to change something and earn money, they took my time into the void, I do not advise going to them.
