  I was desperate in getting an inspection of my car. Everywhere I went were either closed or wasn’t doing inspections without an appointment. I went to the shop on Aramingo and spoke to Ernie. He sent me to your other shop & when I told them that Ernie sent me they took care of me right away. They were so nice to me and my grandkids. I will definitely go back to you guys in the future. Thank you so much.

  The service I received was amazing After being stuck on I-95 With my SRT Fuel pump going out. They sent me a tow truck to pick up my car, took the car in and had It done in less than a week!! Highly recommended! Their hospitality is A1!

  Well, this is just the all-around greatest auto repair shop. They are quick, thorough beyond belief, as far as anything else your car may need, extremely personable, knowledgeable, and skilled, and very fairly priced.

  I was a customer for several years, but will not be back ever again. They told me I needed to do $1500+ of work to replace a broken cluster, and that the part had to be new because there had been a parts recall. As it turned out, there was no recall (I checked), the instrument cluster was functioning as designed, and the problem was a battery—which I had paid for but which C-Tech forgot to install. My old man picked it up while I was at work and had *his* mechanic install it—but I’m pretty sure C-Tech charged me for the installation that they never performed. Now I’m wondering what else they jacked me for over the past however many years. I will not be back, and I suggest you avoid this place like the plague.

  I brought my beetle in for A TON of issues after a subpar experience at VW dealership. I'm talking beyond a battery change (which was one of the things I needed and I got done). The list of services completed on my car were expansive, body throttle replacement, all 4 tires replaced and more. Although a generally overwhelming experience for myself, the staff at C-Tech made it feel easier than expected. Ernie was very communicative and responsive and Jonathan offered a great experience as well. My car went from not being able to accelerate past 5 MPH to running like brand new. I also was able to get all that work done and available to pick up and drive in about in 24 hours. Thanks to the team again, much appreciated.
