She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained my options clearly, and made sure I felt confident in my purchase. It’s not every day you come across someone who is both knowledgeable and truly committed to great customer service. What stood out most was her positive attitude and patience. Even while managing the store and assisting other customers, she made sure everyone felt acknowledged and taken care of. That level of dedication does not go unnoticed. Because of Michelle, I will definitely be returning to this AutoZone location and recommending it to others. Great service like this makes all the difference.

The interaction felt uncomfortable, as the employee barely spoke and did not assist beyond asking if I was paying cash or card. After paying, I even had to reach over the counter myself to pick up the item. Customer service is a basic expectation, especially at an auto parts store where accuracy and guidance matter. I hope management addresses this, because this experience did not reflect well on the store.
