  I brought my car over to get my battery changed and the manager Mike was very helpful. He knew what he was talking about, he tested my old and new battery, he made sure nothing was making my battery drained, and he went above and beyond to assist me. I would definitely come back.

  I placed an online order for brake parts and, unfortunately, the store fulfilled my order with the wrong items. Although the receipt reflected the correct parts, the items that were actually placed in my order were completely different. I did not discover the mistake until I arrived at my mechanic’s shop. Because the incorrect parts could not be installed, the repair was delayed by over an hour while the issue was investigated. Ultimately, I had no choice but to purchase another set of parts so my vehicle could be repaired, creating an unexpected financial burden that should have been completely avoidable. To make matters worse, I then had to spend additional time attempting to return the incorrect items, only to learn that I would need to drive back to the original pickup location because of the way the order was processed. Mistakes can happen, but this error had a ripple effect that cost me valuable time, unnecessary travel, and additional money. Online pickup orders should include a verification process to ensure the items being handed to customers actually match what was purchased. A simple check before the order left the store could have prevented this entire situation. I hope this feedback encourages the store to improve its quality control procedures so other customers do not experience the same frustration.

  Bad experience. went in for a New battery and asked multiple times if they had someone to install it. Young woman at the front desk told me they do install batteries and sold me a battery but had no clue how to even pop my hood or much else about checking the battery. Once she sold me the Battery she acted like I was just suppose to leave with a new battery in hand and She never said she would install it when she clearly told me she would . Thankfully another guy came to help put the battery in for me and he wasn't the greatest or fastest at it but at least he was nice. The manager and the Original Young woman cashier I delt with were no Help.

  dont wanna hate but service and employees attitudes are terrible. i went inside tried to return some tools i just ordered from a different autozone but the guy in the front desk and a man name mike was telling me i cannot return it when i only brought a screwdriver and a ratchet 4 days ago and said the reason was because i brought this at a different autozone and i didnt have tags??? when was this in the policy. heres a picture of yall policy for returns & refunds 😂😂
