  I would love to say that I had a good experience, but honestly I didn’t. This employee’s customer service was terrible, and I’ve never had any issues like this before until I encountered someone who I believe goes by the name Yari. I came in needing help with a simple battery change, and instead of being assisted, I was met with attitude and a very dismissive demeanor. It felt like helping me was a problem, and there was no effort to be polite or professional. She came off rude and uninterested, like she didn’t want to be there or do her job. I wasn’t asking for anything complicated, just basic help, but the way I was treated was completely unnecessary. Overall, it was a really disappointing experience and not what I expected at all. Customer service like this specific employee definitely makes people not want to return.

  I went in a couple days ago and when I walked in I asked the first person I seen a female yari or yardi and she completely ignored me I was trying to get help asking for windshield wipers and was completely shocked when she looked away and continued doing what ever she was doing I just left after that because a sentence wasn’t even said to me!

  I came in Monday the 16 and there was a older lady named Yari, I asked her for help and she just told me where to go instead of guiding me and she was being unprofessional about my questions , I would like to speak to hire up .

  The employees are very nice, however I expect to come here to receive some level of service that is more knowledgeable than my own. This is the second or third time that I have received the wrong parts or incorrect part size for my vehicle even after providing my vin number. I find that other AutoZone locations have a better time providing me with the correct products. My last purchase I was given every part wrong and had to return to swap parts at other stores.
