  Y'all, this was a great experience. My brother and I went in to get a present for my sister and did not know what we were looking for. One of the employees approached us and asked if we would like assistance and was immediately able to show us where our target was. Three of the young men there were around for the checkout process and all were friendly, professional, and personally engaging. I do not know their names but whoever was working this afternoon 5/8/26 do a fantastic job and I recognize them for their work. My brother's review: "Quick and great service." He also says to call him handsome and amazing in this post. Anything for my bro. 😁

  I highly recommend this place due to their staff, very very very helpful Pedro literally saved me from being stranded, they may be a little low on some selections at times due to the busy high demand area but I give this place 5 stars none the less🙌🔥

  I went in today to have my battery checked, and the experience was frustrating from start to finish. The employee who initially assisted me seemed visibly annoyed when SHE couldn’t easily access one of the battery posts. I tried to suggest an alternative method to complete the test, but she became dismissive and unhelpful. I then asked if someone else could assist, and she brought over another employee, Allan, who was able to complete the test without issue. The battery read at 100%, and I later realized my dash cam was the cause of the drain. Unfortunately, the situation became even more uncomfortable after that. Once the issue was resolved, ALAN a young Dominican guy asked for my phone number and even requested a hug, which I found highly unprofessional and inappropriate. Overall, the service I received was disappointing, and due to this experience, I will not be returning to this location.
