  Just had an excellent experience getting a new battery for my car. Every employee in the store was extremely helpful and personable. They have a very well run store. Kareem was especially helpful. Will be coming back here for any and all auto needs that I have.

  No more suto zone for me . This is my 3rd trip here in 1 hour and a half. They keep giving me the wrong parts for my car. And no apology or nothing

  Super nice workers. They were out of stock for the item I needed but they very kindly helped me find the nearest store with the item. I love that level of customer service

  I've always had faith in Autozone, so when I needed a replacement battery for my original battery I went straight to them. However, this past Wednesday AM after my visit at Ciocca Subaru dealership service dept revealed the battery I bought from Autozone had failed their testing. It should have been a quick and easy swap.The dealership is close to this AZ location . A young woman volunteered to swap the old battery with a new one. Great! Then she couldn't lift the old battery out ,because it was too heavy. Heard. She kept trying as I watched men in the store ,one of which gets PAID to changes batteries...Carlos, walk past her struggling to lift it out. I decided to go in the store and ask for help , because I had to get to work and Q the store manager came out. A bolt for one terminal broke Ugh and the whole experience just gave me pause, because will the less than smooth installation affect the performance of the battery? I didn't care which gender changed the battery I just wanted it done smoothly and quickly and that didn't happen. The men folk had other things to do ,while I stood there like my time wasn't as valuable as theirs. Not to mention a man gets a BONUS based on batteries sold and woman did the WORK?! How is that fair to her?
