  I want to thank ERIC from the 5TH STREET LOCATION (Philadelphia). I had 2 black long marks on the side of my dad's car. (I was in big big trouble) 😒. I tried everything to get the marks out. I Google, called people, made home remedies & I swear IT DIDN'T COME OFF. I went to auto zone on 5th street in Philadelphia & asked a young man for help. He sent me to all 6 for some sort of pen (I had no clue what I was doing). Something said go all ANOTHER employee, THANK GOODNESS I DID. HIS NAME IS ERIC. I showed him the marks. He said stay right here. He went into his car for a micro fiber cloth, some clear liquid & came back & marks was GONE!!!!!! I DAMM NEAR FELL OUT!!! I WANTED TO HUG HIM SO BAD. LOL. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. ERIC YOU ROCK!!!!!!!!!

  Not what I expected. The staff was very helpful, courteous and kind. This may sound strange, but they seemed to want to be there and enjoyed the environment. The customer service was excellent. Had what I needed on shelf where it was supposed to be. Big plus in an emergency. I would definitely return to this location instead of my nearest location from my home. Customer Service is a big thing for me and they understood the assignment. Shout out to the gentleman that helped me (beard and tattoos) beyond helpful. Thanks so much!!!

  They never opened on time and I just there and the lady was rude and claim they just open when it’s 10:35 am the store was suppose to be open hours ago

  This interaction was at AutoZone on Broad Street near Lehigh Ave. The Manager ( Shirt Light skinned Girl ) is very ignorant, childish & unprofessional.. AutoZone must be desperate for staff cause there is no way she should be an employee period much less a manager.. She has no people skills & very nasty in her presentation to customers.. Management is a leadership position & her application of customer/ staff interaction is so horrible & disrespectful that I wouldn't put her in charge of walking my dog.. I hope that her belligerent/ignorant/ disrespectful action doesn't represent all staff & employees at the AutoZone stores & Corporations 🤔😳👎
