  Lucy and Thomas were the two that helped me out. Thomas was easy to work with. brought me my parts quickly and with a cart. As i walked out the door Lucy stopped what she was doing to help me out the door with the cart. Recommend the service here 5 stars! thank you Thomas and Lucy!

  I had a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Thomas! I came in needing the battery replaced for my key fob after another AutoZone was unable to help because the screw was stripped. Thomas took the time to try a couple different tools and did not give up until he found one that worked. His patience, determination, and excellent customer service truly stood out to me. He went above and beyond to help me, and I left the store very happy and appreciative. Thank you Thomas for your great customer service.

  The worst customer service of my life. Completely disrespectful, unethical and unprofessional. Something needs to be done about the store culture and disregard for customer satisfaction. Corporate needs to step in A.S.A.P!

  Its usually always packed in here, but the lady thats usually behind the counter, is always very helpful and gets me outta there quickly
