  Very much a Horrible experience tonight , to be exact today is Monday June 8th 9:30 PM . I was so angry I didn’t even get a chance to catch the female manager’s (gray shirt) name , but she is very ignorant , her customer service skills suck . I literally waited over 30 min just for her to tell me she couldn’t do anything. She purposely pushed me to the side and took care of so many other customers when I was already waiting . I genuinely love coming to this store and I’m in here almost everyday at least 2-5 times a day because I have a commercial account. Whatever her name was , she has to do better , if you don’t like your job there , please find another one love. Don’t make anyone else’s business go down the drain because you don’t care about people , that’s sad , please do better , smh ‼️

  It's uncommon for me to stop by AutoZone, as I usually handle everything related to my leased vehicles at the dealership. However, after discovering a nail had caused a leak in my tire, I decided to swing by, pick up a tire plug kit, and tackle the repair myself. It's a straightforward task, and my visit to AutoZone turned out to be quite pleasant. A cheerful young lady behind the counter assisted me promptly and efficiently, ensuring I had everything I needed in no time. Given this positive experience, I thought it would be worthwhile to share a review of AutoZone.

  This is hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The staff here are incredibly disrespectful, unprofessional, and talk to customers using street slang and inappropriate language. ​Specifically, there was a tall, thin Hispanic guy who claimed to be the manager, but he has absolutely no manners, decency, or respect for customers. It is shameful that someone like him is put in a management position. ​Avoid this location if you expect to be treated with basic human decency and respect. Complete trash customer service

  If your having car trouble I feel bad for you son cause I got 99 problems but the car is not one. Not anymore that is because of this store and associates that ran my diagnostic trouble codes and sold me what I needed. I make my own diagnosis after seeing and researching the trouble codes they provide for no charge. UNDERSTAND: THAT THEY ARE WORKING IN A STORE AND NOT A SHOP SO DONT EXPECT THEM TO KNOW WHAT TO REPLACE OR REPAIR. THEY JUST GET THE INFORMATION OF POSSIBILITIES SO GET THE CODES AND EITHER RESEARCH YOURSELF OR CALL A MECHANIC.
