  Im a woman. i’m a competent person. i said very clear specific words that were said knowing what i needed and the man here chose to talk over me, ask patronizing questions implying i don’t know basic things, challenging the most simple thing (yes, i can actually read what light is on, and yes, i am stating the correct one.) totally demoralizing and degrading. dont go here if you’re not a man.

  I see that changes has been made at the 57th AutoZone Here last week I noticed that they had hired new employees they were young and they all seem to have great attitudes to be at customer service and I see other changes has been done outside the store I'm going to give you the four-star rating now that outside need to be cleaned up parking lot is a mess with oil all over the place tracking the oil into my vehicle it's very slippery for prayerfully you can hire a contractor to clean that parking lot up maybe resurface it . That's when the star can be a five-star rating keep the good work up I just want to congratulate the new employees and manager at that location.. Thanks again for the great service!!!!¡

  I was very disappointed the day I walked into this Auto Zone on VINE St in Philadelphia!!! I walked in and was asked how can I help you. I told this person behind the counter that I needed a battery charged. He said you have to bring it in. I said I am not carrying a 50 lb battery in the store. He looked at me and I looked back. Then he sees one of his workers heading out and he asked that gentleman to bring battery inside. They told me to come back in an hour, didnt give me a card to return with information regarding battery charge. I came back in an hour and a half, the manager says where is your tag or slip. No one gave me anything. So he says that lady is back with the pink hat!! The service employee goes to check progess on battery and says its Dead. I asked him to please put the battery back in my car I parked real close to the door. I took the battery to Advance auto, they came out checked the battery. The battery had a low signal. That gentleman charged my battery within 45 minutes. The service at Advance auto was 100% better than Auto Zone like night and day. I dont even believe it was placed on the charge. Note to self do not go to Auto Zone for RUDE and Unprofessional service!!!! I give it no stars!!!!

  Store opens at 7 been sitting outside the store it’s 710 when I called one person said let me put you on hold to deal with a customer (the door is locked )😭 I called back a second person answered and said I can’t open until a second person comes into the store 😂😂 this is one of the many times I’ve had problems at this Autozone I hate this place but it’s the closest to my home so🤷🏾‍♂️
