    Long line with only one check out person. Didn't Have the spark plug i needed in stock. I actually called Advance Auto Parts from their parking lot. I (friendly) women answered the phone I gave her the part # and she explained that they had several brands in stock of that spark plug. It's my last vist to that location.

    I came to AutoZone to scan my car and buy some parts. There was a long line, so I asked Derick for a scanner so I could scan the car and then get back in line. It makes no sense to stand in line just to get the scanner itself. Derick was rude and pretended not to hear my question; a man in line even pointed the scanner out to him. Derick just told me to wait in line. Then I approached a girl named Samerah. She gave me the scanner immediately without any issues."

    Customer services at the counter from some of the workers are rude / arrogant and biased, not customer friendly. At this location . I have read your reply to my review call your customer service is USE LESS. Today I stopped today and walked out within minutes the person at the counter WAS RUDE I recycle the oil that I purchase from your store here and rudely I was told the tank is filled !!!!!!! Have your employees ever considered being polite and respectful. Try it

    had a very bad experience at this AutoZone location. I went there simply to have my car scanned, which is a service they advertise as free. Instead of helping me professionally, the employee had a bad attitude from the beginning. When I asked for the scan, she acted annoyed and started pulling the scanner away aggressively, like she didn’t even want to assist. There was no reason for that behavior. I was calm and respectful, just asking for a basic service. Customer service should never feel hostile or uncomfortable like this. Very disappointed with how I was treated. I will think twice before coming back to this location.
