- KKKennedy KoenigMay 4, 20261.0I rented from Alamo back in September 2025 and they still have not refunded me for the tow truck I had to get from getting a popped tire on the freeway (long story but because it was on a highway I had to call the state police and get it towed out of pocket)- this would not have happened if there was a spare tire in the trunk, which there was not, and I was told there was. I’ve called them multiple times and they’ve put a “flag” on my account and told me that someone would call me soon to refund me and no one has called. So frustrating. Won’t recommend or ever rent from them again.

- BRBunny RuruApr 22, 20261.0they refused to take my money because i don't have a credit card. it was humiliating to be refused service as if my money is no good. i understand it's policy but even Expedia suggested i use my debit card when i called them about a refund. if you're going to run your business purely on credit then you may as well have a sign in your window that says, "no poor people".

After returning the car, $160 of additional hidden costs. I got a citation (broken parking meter), and they slapped additional $25 for "citation processing fee".
