    My husband called around 4:47 PM today to get pricing on a car battery. We were placed on hold, and while waiting, we could hear employees talking. One worker was yelling across the store to another, and it appeared they forgot we were still on the line. Instead of helping us, our call was somehow sent back to the main phone queue. We decided to hang up and take our business elsewhere. It was a disappointing customer service experience, especially since we were simply trying to get a price before coming into the store. Hopefully, they'll improve their phone service and be more attentive to customers in the future.

    I am extremely disappointed with this store; it’s not the first time I’ve come here and been treated poorly by the manager. I am appalled by their policy—I walked into the store at 8:59 AM, and the manager told me to leave. Perhaps he isn't receiving the proper training; after all, it is the customer who keeps this store running, though they might not realize that. It seems the management is lacking here—it’s a shame. I bought two shock absorbers and had them replaced in front of the store; however, the shock absorbers were weak and couldn't support the weight of the hood. The manager simply refused to inspect the part. The part is 100 percent perfect. I don't understand this store's policy, but this is the last time I'll be there. I'm not interested in getting angry anymore; it's always the same thing here.

    Don't go to this one. They will try to sell you the most expensive part for what you need and tell you they don't have any other in stock even though there website says otherwise

    This is the worse place to buy anything you need for your car everything is more expensive the AutoZone. And there customer service it’s the worst. I bought an almost $300 dollar part and ok the box was sealed and everything but the I got to opened it it had a broken tab. I didn’t drop it nothings just opens it and ready to put it on but no it was broken. So I go back for an exchange or my money back they said that the plastic peace wasn’t broke of. I told them the box was sealed how do you know the part wasn’t damaged. Well long story short they refused to exchange it or give me my money back. The sad thing is all they have to do put it as damage from factory an I know they get their money back from the vendor. But I know there’s a God up there and he sees and hears everything. Just wanted to tell my story but until I have life I would never go to and advance auto store I could be stranded in the middle of no where. They not getting one more pennie from me or my family. I just would like if the owner sees try to hire more friendly and knowledgeable personal. I understand stores have to meet quarter but wow I don’t think that’s the way of doing it. But I’m fine I’ll take my lost got will take care of it. And I’m pretty short the store wouldn’t stay open for to much longer
