  They took in our 21 year-old Mountaineer, and it was difficult to decide whether we should fix it or call it done. It is not a good vehicle, and we may have made the wrong call to repair the transmission, but they have honored their word, and she still runs, several months and a trip to the mountains later. They were honest, honorable, and decent. I would highly recommend.

  Other transmission shops told me I needed a brand new transmission. Joe in the front office listened carefully to my issues when I called in, knew exactly what I needed with a specialized part on my 2015 Suburu Forestor. Told me it's worth letting their experts take a look. Low and behold they knew the exact part, plus replaced both CV axles for the price of one all for the original quoted price. Going to Action saved me about $5,000 ! Maybe even more if I had to trade my vehicle.amd get another ! This shop rocks! Thanks again
