  Although they were not able to fulfill my work request I greatly appreciate not only getting a call back, but also giving me a recommendation for someone/where who could. 10/10 customer service from Joe.

  I took my car here as I had a leak from the transmission oil gasket. Two hours after I dropped it off, Joe called and told me the car was ready. I wasn't expecting a call so quickly. On top of that, Joe didn't charge me one red cent! He fixed the leak and said it was very minor so he wasn't charging me. He found another problem and arranged for me to drop it off at Albi's, who referred me to Joe originally. Very nice guy and quick service...what else could a woman want!

  They took in our 21 year-old Mountaineer, and it was difficult to decide whether we should fix it or call it done. It is not a good vehicle, and we may have made the wrong call to repair the transmission, but they have honored their word, and she still runs, several months and a trip to the mountains later. They were honest, honorable, and decent. I would highly recommend.

  Other transmission shops told me I needed a brand new transmission. Joe in the front office listened carefully to my issues when I called in, knew exactly what I needed with a specialized part on my 2015 Suburu Forestor. Told me it's worth letting their experts take a look. Low and behold they knew the exact part, plus replaced both CV axles for the price of one all for the original quoted price. Going to Action saved me about $5,000 ! Maybe even more if I had to trade my vehicle.amd get another ! This shop rocks! Thanks again

  Joe and his team worked hard to resolve my transmission issue. He was very informative about what was being done and how long my vehicle would be in the shop.
