  brought my vehicle in on Saturday for brake work. While working on it, an employee accidentally CUT my brake line. The shop acknowledged their mistake and said they would order the part and repair it at no charge. I understand accidents happen; my issue is everything that happened afterward. I was initially left with the impression that my vehicle could be completed over the weekend, only to later be told their supplier doesn’t deliver on weekends. Monday came and the part still wasn’t there. By Tuesday, after continued confusion and delays, my husband ended up driving 35–40 minutes HIMSELF to pick up the part and personally delivered it to the shop around 2 p.m. Despite this, my vehicle still wasn’t completed. It is now Wednesday, and I still have no vehicle, no completed repair, and no meaningful update. I’ve missed multiple days of work and lost wages, my son has missed school, and I am now having to pay out of pocket to borrow someone else’s vehicle just to have transportation. Had I known my vehicle would be unavailable for days, I could have prepared accordingly, but this extended delay is the result of damage caused by the shop. Repairing the brake line at no charge isn’t compensation; it’s repairing damage caused while my vehicle was in their possession. The brake line being accidentally cut was one mistake. The lack of urgency, poor communication, repeated delays, and financial burden placed on me afterward are what have made this experience completely unacceptable.

  Stopped in due to the front of my truck feeling a little off. Steve was able to get me in right away which was great since I was in the middle of a job. He told me that the balancing weights off of one of the tires. The guys balanced it, double checked it, put everything back together and I was on my way and a really good amount of time thanks a lot Steve and the Mavis team. I appreciate your help.

  This place is amazing to take your car for any type of repairs. The people are very helpful and honest and they did an amazing job on my car. I would recommend this place to any person who is looking for an amazing team this location has very professional and reliable workers

  I have gone to this location (Perkasie, PA) and I have had an excellent experience every time. I have actually written a review before but felt it appropriate to write an updated one as they continue to surpass my expectations. Every single person at this location is friendly, curteous, and professional. The store is clean and in a good location. Dan and Colleen are the two by name that I have spoken with and can remember recently, but their have been many other employees who have been at the front desk customer facing and they have all been great as well. The technicians do a great job and I recently had a tire repair, oil change, battery change, and state safety inspection after having my car's frame repaired (did not pass due to this the first time but passed after repaired). I will continue to go to this store and recommend to others! Thanks guys!
