  I had an amazing experience at this Mavis Discount Tire location, and they absolutely earned a lifelong customer. After another shop couldn’t help me, I came here because I couldn’t get the cap off my valve stem. Colleen and Steven took the time to help me, got the cap off without any issues, and didn’t even charge me. They were friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping instead of trying to sell me something I didn’t need. It’s hard to find honest, customer-focused service these days, and this experience really stood out. They turned what I thought was going to be a frustrating and expensive problem into a quick, stress-free visit. A huge thank you to Colleen and Steven for going above and beyond. Because of the outstanding customer service I received, this is officially going to be my go-to shop for all of my car needs. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and kind people who truly care about their customers!

  I don’t live in the area and had a late night tire issue. Car was brought to Mavis and I arrived prior to opening the next morning. I had to be on the road back home to DC and the guys at the shop took me in immediately and repaired the issue quickly and effectively. They were great with tending to my issue and getting me on the road home immediately. They were awesome to work with and recommend using Mavis

  I don't really give reviews,but my recent experience has compelled me to. I just had an outstanding customer experience! Needed an urgent repair, and they took care of it instantly and with amazing detail. I will absolutely be returning to Mavis for my auto needs in the future.👍

  I had a great experience at Mavis in Perkasie. Coming home at the end of the day I realized I had a big nail in my tire that was going to require a repair. I called around and no one was able to help me. I called Mavis and spoke with Dan, who was able to get me right in even though it was close to closing time. They were able fix my tire within an hour. Dan and his whole team were so friendly and helpful, I was so appreciative of the quick and efficient service and would definitely recommend them!!

  I highly recommend Mavis Discount Tire in Perkasie. I worked with Colleen, and she was able to get me in and out quickly while taking the time to explain everything I needed to know. If you or someone you know is having car trouble, I definitely recommend coming here. They are easy to work with and will get you back on the road in no time. I woke up on a Sunday morning to find a piece of metal stuck in my tire. Naturally, I panicked. Mavis in Perkasie happened to be the only tire shop open that day, so I called right away. Within a few rings, Colleen answered the phone and was able to fit me in immediately. I rushed over, hoping for the best, and was greeted with reassurance as soon as I arrived. The team inspected my truck and had everything taken care of in no time. Fortunately, the metal had not punctured the tire, so there was no charge for the inspection. Not only was Colleen exceptional, but the rest of the staff was professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. It was clear that they were focused on getting me back on the road as quickly as possible while also making sure my vehicle was safe. Their customer service exceeded my expectations, and I would not hesitate to return or recommend them to others.
