  I brought my car to Mavis for two relatively minor issues. During the service, they cut my brake line, turning a routine visit into approximately a month without my vehicle. I was repeatedly told—including by the general manager—that my car would be ready the next day, but those promises were not met. I had to escalate the situation to corporate before a rental was arranged. I was then told the necessary part would take approximately ten days to arrive, but the process took even longer. Meanwhile, I continued paying my car payment and insurance on a vehicle I could not use through no fault of my own. I depend on transportation to get to work. Although they provided a rental, it was a small car that was difficult for me to get in and out of while pregnant. When I finally received my car back, the interior ceiling had dark, oily-looking stains that were not there when I dropped it off. I cannot explain how those marks got there, but returning my vehicle in that condition is unacceptable. Now I am getting the runaround about having the ceiling professionally cleaned. The store manager told me they are extremely short-staffed, but staffing problems do not excuse damaging a customer’s vehicle, repeated delays, or poor communication. I expect Mavis to arrange and cover professional cleaning promptly, restore my ceiling to its previous condition, and provide transportation if my car needs to stay with them. After everything that happened, I should not have to keep chasing management to resolve damage that occurred while my vehicle was in their care. Based on this experience, I would not return or recommend this location. Update: The oil stains on my car’s ceiling were cleaned, but only after I contacted corporate. The first cleaning appointment fell through, and I lost a day’s pay attending the rescheduled appointment. I also had to return for an unsecured battery cover and undercarriage shield. My review, but it accurately reflects my experience. Fixing the service should be the priority. Previous visits went smoothly, but when problems arose, they were handled poorly. I won’t return.

  They never have enough help the ! Manager has no clue on how to operate a company. I’ve never seen so many people walk out of a place in 1 hr time because of frustration . Not sure how they make money

  First impression has been positive. They took me as a walk-in customer, gave me a decent estimate when they could get me in for service. I needed a tire repair for a slow leak. My tech's name is Danny. I did not wait too long before he had my car in the bay assessing the car. Looks like no mater what service you need, they do a quick full inspection (I have no problem with that!). They are in the business to serve and also do business so the assessment helps us both out. Danny came back with the evaluation and explanations of both the tire situation and also his recommendations for upcoming service. I asked him if he could do the work today and he said most likely pending his parts inventory (I came in around 2pm so that was encouraging). The final estimate was about what most service centers would charge but my budget will have to put that on hold, but Danny mentioned several other options to take the sting out of the full recommended repairs (doing so carefully in stages). He really laid things our clearly and there was no pressure placed upon me to do the work, nor was there an "assumption" I'd move forward. I got my tire repaired (mission #1 for the day) and I am safely back on the road. Danny and his co workers were friendly, professional, clearly communicated, no pressure sales. Facility is impeccably clean (including restrooms), comfortable waiting areas with streaming TV, kids area, a place to sit with your laptop to do work if you need to, in full view of the service bays. Looks like the people there care about their place of business and customers. Recommended - give them a try! Thanks!
