  I went to the Penndel Auto Zone thinking I just needed coolant and it turned out to be a bigger problem. Let me tell you the store manager Andrew and Clay were amazing. They helped me locate the problem and even called a mechanic Josh to look at and help fix the problem. Thank you so much guys!

  The person that helped me is named Clay and he was absolutely amazing. He helped me in every way. I just got out of the hospital and it’s hard for me to do certain things and you put this new license plate on for me and. He’s just a great guy. I will highly recommend AutoZone to anybody.

  The manager here, John, was most helpful in identifying and replacing my battery as well as locating an auto repair store to run a program to reset my Audi. Great experience, great price.

  Ayer en la tarde 04/13/2026, 5:45;pm. Compre aceite para motor, (2) mas filtros (2,) pedi ayuda para colocar un poco y me dijo el señor que no estaba habilitado, para hacerlo. Le duje acabo de comprar y solo debo colocar un poco, ya que el fin de semana ire a hacer cambio total. Me dijo NO. No queria ir hasta Bensalen Store, por la necesidad que tenia de colocarlo, porque para mi, alla, son los mas serviciales, colaboradotes y muchas veces sin haber comprado, absolutamente nada, siempre estan dispuestos a ayudar. En este y el de Duncanon, en Philadelphia, son los mas despectivos con los clientes. No porque sea mujer deben ayudar, solo es aprender a ser cortecez y colaboradores, solo quieren estar detras de un escritorio, no se mueven ni para ayudar a byscar un articulate. Este comentario especialmente para el Store de Lincoln highway. Aprendan o enseñenles, a ser mas diligentes ya que no es una obligacion.

  Tonight (4/9/26) I had a tire issue. I came in for a tire inflator which I was struggling with, Z & DX helped me understand what I was doing wrong, didn't judge just helped me so I no longer struggled. This is why I come to Autozone because they don't turn their back on you , they help you and they take care of you from the moment you walk through that door. Thank you for being there for me.
