  Went it for an oil change and left with no antifreeze in my car. On my way to work, my engine started overheating and my car was smoking. I pulled over to check it and saw my coolant reservoir was completely empty. I called customer care and was told my they would get back to me in 2 business days. I told them my car was overheating right now and I needed to get to work and they told me to drive my overheating car with no coolant in it back to the station so they could look at it which could cause me to blow my head gaskets and fry my engine which would cost me over $10k to fix. I had to get antifreeze to put in my car to get to work and when I called back they said they would send the manager out to look at it. The manager arrived 3 hours later. Poured more antifreeze in my car and observed it for 30 mins and no leaks. They used the diagnostic test and no error codes for a thermostat. They denied doing anything wrong and said it had to be my thermostat and I needed to get my thermostat changed because it was failing. I just had my thermostat changed 4 months ago so I called the shop back to have them check it. They test drove my car, no overheating, no leaks, no problems observed with anything. They ran a diagnostic no error codes. My thermostat was completely fine after I put antifreeze in my car. I told them I had to pay to have my car looked at because they said it was my thermostat and it wasn't. All they offered was to refund my oil change. I missed a combined time of 3 hours of work, had to pay for antifreeze, a diagnostic test for my thermostat, which all totals up to more than what the oil change costed me. So I lost money and they won't even have the decency to admit their fault and reimburse me my expenses. I've gone here for 2 years to get my oil changed, but I will not go back. Worst customer service I've ever seen from the store level up to the corporate level. The BBB will be contacted and given all my documentation and videos of the incident.

  This isnt the closest place for me (but it isnt far either) but the workers always do an excellent job. I've been coming here, only for oil changes, but I cant even remember for how many years. (Pre-covid, I know that for sure.) But when you get great service and all the workers are friendly- it means something. Keep up the good work, gang !! (Plus you can always look up a coupon on their site. Every little bit helps.)
