- LRLinda RickettsApr 29, 20263.0Would have given a 5 star but me and my wife were almost in a bad accident due to the bolts not being tightened to the drum which came loose. God was with us. We took it back to him next day and he tightened all of them. As the manager he was very apologetic. He was rushing due to being the only person available. But as a Veteran I know even though you’re the only worker you have to pay close attention and be consistent with your work. Especially doing this type of work. My wife was very upset. I wasn’t going back at all but my wife suggested we do because with me tightening the bolts with my tool by hand and not having the strength I had when younger, my wife said no we have to let him know and check to make sure there on tight. Thank God she did because three were not tight. My wife says we need a free inspection after that. Had my wife not needed to go to the store we may have been in a worse accident. We thought our tires bursted it was so scary. He asked us why we didn’t come back same day, because he was closed when it happened.
