  Had a horrible experience at this location. So it started off with getting a quote not an estimate but a full real quote of $647 and then the day of my appointment it was $803. Then my appointment time was at 2:30pm on the 8th and they knew I was waiting around with my 2 little children. About 3 hours go by and they haven't even touched it. So I asked what's going on. I was only there for the tires, oil change, and alignment package. At most maybe 2 to 3 hours and thats even giving extra time. But so they told me they'd try to have it done by 7pm that day, well it was not! So they said first thing in the morning. I explained i take my kids to school and pick them up and they also had a doctor's appointment that day so if it wasnt going to be done just tell me so I could plan around not having a vehicle. They said no it will be done. So next morning they opened at 7:30am, by 10:00am I called to see what's going on and he said he wasnt close to done yet he needed 2 more hours. Once again I asked are you positive it's going to be done because I have to get dropped off with my youngest son, then be at my middle son's school to pick him up and then take them to their doctor's appointment so I need a for sure answer they assured me that it would be done so I get dropped off it was not done then by 1:00 p.m. I told him I'm supposed to be at my son's school right now and I need to go so then they proceeded to rush through putting the tires on and also doing the alignment he said that he's supposed to test drive it first but since I'm in a rush he's not going to if there's any problems to take it back. So the next day I took it back because I was hearing sounds and also asked for the brakes to be checked and I was told "it stops" so that was of no help. Also they said they don't hear any sounds im claiming to hear. Told his employee to go over the tires again and just make sure everything is snug so once again for the second time they sent me out with my young children in a vehicle that wasn't safe. So today I decided to take the tires off to see what the noise was and one of the lug nuts was not tightened at all because they had stripped them and all of the other lug nuts were extremely tight they're only supposed to be torqued to 100 foot pounds and they were well over that also when I was in the store they sat there and told me that they use Impact Guns to put the tires on and they've had people call and say that other shops couldn't get their tires on because they were too tight they don't torque them to the specifications that they're supposed to and they stripped my lug nut also the bolt connected to the hub which means the whole Hub is going to have to be replaced but as well as sending me out on the road when they were very well aware that I have four young children and that is without vehicle is used for. I dont think their qualified at ALL! I told them I had done some work on my vehicle just by reading and watching YouTube videos and I was offered a job so clearly their not too concerned about people's safety! I will be contacting corporate and everyone else possible!

  Dropped my car off for a state inspection at a little after 8am the car wasnt done until after 4pm. I called around 2pm and was told my car was just being serviced. I'll never take one of my vehicles to this location again.

  Came for state inspection and they were able to get it done for me, even though it was last minute. They were nice and professional

  The website offers coupons and when I went in the store the manager told me that it’s fake. But it’s on their own website… during my time of waiting for the oil change, 3 other customers came in with a coupon and said the exact same thing. some coupons were physical and they still denied them.
