  I visited this Enterprise location for scheduled service on my vehicle. Because my driver’s license had recently been renewed and the original was damaged, I currently have a temporary paper license along with a valid state-issued photo ID. Before returning, I specifically explained which forms of identification I would bring and was told they would be acceptable. When I returned, however, an employee who identified herself as the manager refused to accept my identification. This directly contradicted what another employee had already told me. She claimed that the other two employees had only worked there for two days, but she appeared uncertain about the policy herself and called several people for clarification—none of whom answered besides one who also seemed unsure—before denying me service. She also refused to provide her name and did not display anything identifying her as a manager. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional, and I am seriously concerned that racial bias may have influenced how I was treated. At the very least, the situation demonstrated poor communication, inconsistent policy enforcement, and inadequate customer service. I will not return to this Enterprise location and would encourage management to investigate the incident and ensure employees are properly trained regarding acceptable identification.

  I loved this place. They took care of me when I booked car from this place. Process was smooth and they handled like pros. They were able to respond before/during/ after rental period when I booked the car. Service was great. Shout out to Alyssa who handled the process very smooth through out the entire tenure and also to the management. Their expertise is great

  The staff at this location is amazing. They make the whole car rental experience so enjoyable! I have rented several cars over the last few years. Alyssa has always been my “go to” for my car rental experience.
