  Booked a rental to drive from PA to NC for a baseball tournament. My wife and son went a day early so I did a one way rental and I would then drive back with my wife and son in her car. I have another open rental with enterprise that Hyundai is paying for because they are in the process of painting my car under warranty. Nothing was said when I booked the one way rental that I could not have two open rentals. When I got a message the day before to check in early I did that but got an error because of having another open rental. I called the number it told me to call and explained the situation to the woman and she said she will take care of it. She then confirmed my early check in was complete. I now show up to get my one way rental and I’m told that I can’t have two open rentals. I explain the situation and they do nothing to help me. It was basically too bad, see yah later. It’s now 6pm and all other rental places are closed. I will never again do business with enterprise. There could have easily been an exception made under the circumstances but the woman really didn’t seem like she cared. I will spread the word about my experience to others in hopes that they also take their business elsewhere because enterprise certainly did not do anything to help me out after they let me book the rental knowing I already had an open rental. Shame on you and your worthless employees Enterprise.

  Girls that work there are rude and unprofessional. I had to bring my rental in because it was sold and I was given a rental that smelled like McDonald’s only to find 15 McDonald’s receipts in the car along with food. On top of that I had my 13 month old with me and was offered to assistant in switching to the other rental.

  Be careful with online reservations. The actual location and the online sites are not on the same page. Online will reserve something that is not available. Feel bad for the employees that have to deal with the conflict. They deal with it the best that they can.

  The entire process was quick and easy. From scheduling the car online to picking it up from Berwyn Enterprise, the system worked really well. The team members were great in answering questions, finding the right car for me, and ensuring a great experience. While I was returning the rental car, my mechanic called to say he needed a few more days to complete the service. The team member extended my rental a few more days within an instance. Overall, a wonderful experience. Thank you, Berwyn Enterprise!
