I have only been there one time, I had a nail in my tire and was getting ready to take the family on a 4 hour drive to the beach. They were very busy when we got there but got me in right away to take care of my tire for me being sympathetic to our situation, and we were able to leave for the beach on time. All the staff were extremely nice and they also had a nice play area with toys for kids so my kids didn't get bored because anyone with kids knows they get stir crazy very easily in places like this. Based on this first time experience I will now go there every time I need tires or anything else they handle. We really appreciated the employees attitudes and hard work.

The sweetest staff! I’ve been to this Mavis twice now, and both times, I’ve had incredible experiences.
My car needed inspection earlier this year and the dealership that does the inspections often tells me I need new tires, even if they’re brand new. I asked the guys here if they could just take a look and let me know- they did that AND wrote down the measurements in case I was given trouble at the inspection, and told me I could always come back there and they’d be happy to help.
A few days ago, I had a nail in my tire, and I was worried it wouldn’t be patch-able given the fact that I (now) need new tires, and have an appointment next month.
The guys at the shop were obviously busy but made the time to make me and my young child comfortable and patience was easy.
They kept me posted constantly throughout our waiting period, and then patched my tire for free, which I was insistent they didn’t have to do.
Definitely visit this Mavis if you have trouble with mechanics, these guys are amazing and incredibly kind.

Call center will tell you there’s availability so you start heading to the place on a low tire to get halfway there an get a call saying they wouldn’t be able to get to ur car for another 5 hours and the call center just tells everyone there’s availability. Left me stranded and trying to find a place quickly. Will never go here again nor will I reccomend this place.

Mavis won’t accept my review after my purchase so I’ll leave it here…the finish question was how can Mavis serve you better in the future? My response…
You don’t have to worry about serving me in the future. I would not return even if you gave me free tires. My appointment was at 5:00 PM I arrived 15 minutes early. I told your team that I would be waiting on my van because my son had hockey practice near by at 7:00 pm. They pulled my van in around 5:15. Around 5:45 I walked out side to take a look at my van ,thinking they would be finishing up, to my surprise there was not a single lug nut removed.The “mechanic” that was supposed to be working on my van was sitting at the garage door smoking and playing on his phone. I walked back inside to the desk and asked if they could take my van off the lift so I could just leave,I had to have my son at the rink at 6:30. He reassured me it would be 30 mins or less and it would be all hands on deck. After about 10 mins of actual work the employees went back to just meandering around the garage like sloths. I had to persist on needing my van finished. As I watched them work painfully slow ( possibly deliberately slow) they finally were finishing up at 6:40. I had to tell them to not worry about the tire pressure or reinstalling the hubs cabs because we were already late. It was not busy whatsoever my van and 2 other vehicles that were there before I arrived and still there after I left. I am shocked what poor service i had paid for, Jeff at the desk seemed like the only person that actually tried to make it ok but when you have “mechanics” like you have there, there’s not much one man can do. Maybe I’m old fashioned and remember a time when people actually took pride in their work and tried to provide a professional and outstanding service. Maybe those days are long gone or maybe it’s just the derelict mechanics you employ.

Worst customer service,
Was scheduled for an inspection, get a call 15 mins before that i must reschedule cause they’re behind. I do, only to comeback 2days later and they same guy that rescheduled me cancels the appointment on the spot.
Gray hair guy in the front so unprofessional and not even working. Never coming back to this place STAY AWAY PEEPS
I had used them 3 times before and they also try to constantly up-charge/oversell (pushy) for things that are unnecessary.
