  I like the fact that you can reserve An appointment time on line however there is slight confusion as to what location the work was being done because Mavis and Jack Williams are sister companies in Palmyra Pa. Also, what is on the website information indicating that an appointment was approved with tires but when you called the shop to verify, they mentioned the tires weren’t in so I’m not sure what that confusion was all about. Otherwise, the employees are super friendly (Bryce) at Jack Williams, and very informative and helpful. They seem to be multitasking helping each other out. I loved seeing that teamwork. They were working hard over a holiday weekend, even without the boss in the building 😉Good job everyone!

  Dropped my car off because we ran over A tire and I called and made an appointment. The gentlemen were very timely and helpful. You could tell it was a hard day cause the heat, but they were very good workers. Their names were Derek, Patrick, Casey, Rex thanks for the nice job.

  Rex and Casey are top notch. 100+ degrees before 9:00 AM on a holiday weekend and they got me in to patch a nail in my daughter’s vehicles tire. Could’ve said “we can’t fit you in” , but they didn’t. Great customer service and why I love Jack Willliams/Mavis. Thanks, fellas!

  The service was quick and easy. Only needed my tire patched from having a screw in it and they were able to take care of it with relative speed and ease!

  4pm on a Sunday we found a nail in our tire. by 4:05 Casey had us in for a patch and we were back out the door before they closed. Can't say enough how much we appreciate the super friendly, super fast service from Casey and the whole team there. This is the second time I've had my vehicles in this year and both times were great experiences. Highly recommend.
