I have purchased all of my tires here for the past several years, and tonight I was happy to have them look at my parents car. Great service, professional work, and the people actually care about you and your situation. As always, great job!

Honestly, my car breaking down was turned into such a low-stress experience thanks to the help given by Casey M. (last name lost to history.) The fear of a similar catastrophe in the future is completely alleviated because I know I'll be in good hands. For standard maintenance it feels like I'm leaving my baby (vehicle, not child) in the hands of family, not just a simple babysitter (mechanic, not child-watching individual) Thanks so much Casey, the rest of the staff are alright too I guess!

I simply love bringing my vehicle to this shop! There is a nice young man who I have come to know by the name of Casey, and he always does amazing work with a smile! We need more people like Casey in the work force!

Rex is the man! He hooked me up with a patch-up a few months ago. It had been holding up well until this morning. Lasted longer than I honestly thought it would. I called this morning to see when I could get in to replace the tire, and he said he could see me today! Really saved my butt, and I couldn't be more grateful. Keep up the great work!

I limped into Jack Williams with a stupid roofing nail in my quickly deflating tire. Rex had my car in the garage, tire patched and back out in record time. I couldn’t ask for a more professional experience. He’s a great representation of that business. Thanks again Rex. Austin
