  Above and Beyond Customer Service ❤️ Today I found myself at Sheetz with a low tire pressure warning and realized one of my tires was down to 20 PSI. I decided to stop next door at Jack Williams to see if we had purchased our tires there, thinking maybe there would be a discount if they needed to repair it. I found out that we hadn’t purchased our tires there, but they still offered to take a look. They told me it would probably be about an hour, maybe a little longer. I had a few cold groceries in my trunk, so I mentioned that I was nervous about them and might have to run home a few blocks away to drop them off. Without hesitation, they graciously offered to put my groceries in their refrigerator while they worked on my car. That small act of kindness was so incredibly helpful and meant more to me than they probably realized. My four-year-old and I walked over to McDonald’s to grab some lunch, and when we came back, my car was already finished. The manager handed me my receipt, and I was completely shocked to see $0.00. They didn’t have to help me. We weren’t even a customer who had purchased our tires from them. Yet they treated us with kindness, went above and beyond, took care of my groceries, fixed my tire, and didn’t charge me a thing. In a world where it can sometimes feel like kindness is hard to find, this experience genuinely gave me hope. I will never forget how kind and gracious they were to me and my little one today. Thank you, Jack Williams Tire & Auto Service, for reminding me that there are still incredibly good people in this world. ❤️

  3 hours into a 10 hour drive for college drop off and the Alarm goes off for Tire Pressure. Right Rear going down fast. Map from Waze to nearest repair and directed to Mavis on North Duke Street. Arrived and encountered a few mechanics desperately in need of Customer Service Training. Even though only one car on the lift, was told it would be a 60-90 minute wait. For a Nail in the tire. Frustrated, looked on Google for an alternative. Found Jack Williams was directly across the street. Called the number and spoke to Bryce. He told me there were several customers checked in, but he would have a look ASAP. Drive across the street, handed keys to Bryce, he gave them to Dillon and we were back on the road in 20 minutes. Just can’t say enough about these guys. Great Experience, Professional Service and definitely a 5 Star Recommendation. Thank You!

  Thank you for a wonderful experience Bryce and Team!! We popped in for a quick repair service to our tire while on vacation, when 7 other shops turned us down for service....this shop over delivered and had the absolute best customer service and workmanship! We were in and out within 30 minutes, because they cared enough to fix an issue so our family could drive safely several hours home the next day....Enjoy your Disney vacation Bryce, and thanks again...you were truly our blessing while we were out of town in an unknown area😘

  Great big thanks to Casey and Bryce for helping me to avert a traveling disaster. They identified a problem that I was having with my vehicle and brought swift resolution. Wait....gets better! They informed me of an unrelated issue and repaired that as well.
