Alyssa was great! Service was fast, was concerned about a wheel alignment but it turns out one was not needed.
No diagnostics charge, no pushy sales pitch. Just friendly honest service! Will definitely recommend or go to in the future if we need service!

I am happily overjoyed with the store manager Zach over at Oxford pa. Going above and beyond. I work in customer service and I feel for anyone else doing so and remaining calm, knowledgeable,friendly and respectful in their job. Taking pride and time with the customer. Not advantage and patience. He showed me the repairs needed on my car. Where as another place I been too did the opposite and then told me something i needed fixed when I really did not. I’m a woman so sometimes I look at places such as a garage with men they try to pull wool over the what one may not know. I’ve been there before. Zach carefully took care of my concerns and we organized and prioritized a plan. Ordered parts and set up a date of service. No push no shove. Straight honesty and service and pricing. I highly recommend him and his team. Really work as a team. Communication goes a long way. Thanks Manager Zach and mavis team.
