- JJJohn Rosa JrMay 13, 20261.0So I wanted to share my experience. The lady at the front desk was very nice, but there were two younger gentlemen in the shop. I went in for four tires to be mounted and balanced, and an alignment. All four tires had different amounts of air pressure in them, and my alignment was off. After the fact, I called back to get them to fix it, and he said he would "try his best" to fix it.. So instead of taking that chance, I took it to the mavis on willow street, and they got it back in range for me.

We stopped in the Oxford, PA store and they got us in on a busy Saturday to check to make sure we did not have a slow leak after traveling 1000 miles on these tires. They took fantastic care of us and showed us that there was no leak, but they aired the tire up for us and didn’t charge us anything. Even though we don’t live in the area and won’t be able to use them, I would highly recommend them for their tremendous service.
- DPDonna PyleApr 25, 20261.0I came in on Thursday to see about ordering 2 tires and was told I could get them Saturday and had appt for 11:30 am. I dropped car off Friday night as I had to be somewhere Saturday morning. I received no phone calls all day. I came back Saturday at 4:30 pm. The car was not done. There was an issue with lifting it, understood. But no call??? Remember 11:30 appt. It’s a small Aveo, they could have changed all tires in the hrs that they had it. I asked that they put new tires on front, and older tires on back. They waited until I got there at 4:30 to tell me the problem and that they are putting both new on the back. Now I sit waiting for them to not do what I asked. Only excuse is they e been busy. Too busy to call a customer and tell them what is going on?? On an up note they did discount and didn’t charge me for balancing. But does that mean they didn’t balance it? Two tire replaced and balance in 30 mins??
