They had no memory of me ever having bought it, and I lost my receipt, so there was no solution. I bought it again because they had them in stock now. I said, "Can you put it in?" Noting the big sign on the outside of the store that said "We install wiper blades," the guy handed it back to me and said, "I don't know how to do that."
