Hunter was very helpful and kind. He worked quickly while also walking me through what he was doing. He seemed knowledgeable on what to look for and provided suggestions without feeling like he was trying to sell me a bunch of add ons. I highly recommend you go see Hunter at the North Versailles Valvoline!

Was quoted a price of almost $62 after my $25 coupon was honored but then when I pulled out cash to pay with was told it would only be $50 but I couldn't get a paper receipt the printer was broken. I requested a receipt emailed to me and was told yes. They did not perform the usual 16 point inspection with an oil change or did not check my tires. They provided a handwritten sticker for my windshield. Hours later I did receive an email for my visit with invoice but when I opened it it said I was there for a free tire inspection. So I believe they most likely stole from the company by pocketing my $50. I called the ethics line and left a message and called the store the next day to file a complaint

With 2 technicians in the work bays and 5 cars there for service, those 2 guys hustled to get jobs completed and everyone through there in a timely manner. I appreciated their "Can Do" teamwork with one in the pit and the other in the engine compartment! I also appreciated not going through the pushy "upsell" of supplies and services that I have experienced at other quick lube establishments.
