  I went for an oil change. The tech removed my engine air filter (showed it to me) and told me it needed replaced. I agreed but they didn’t have my air filter in stock so the tech put it back into my car. He did not care to latch the lid on the air filter compartment which caused my car to make a terrible sound every time I pressed the gas pedal. If the tech had to unsnap 3 snaps and unlatch 2 latches to remove the filter, why would they feel it was okay to not latch the 2 latches and snap the 3 snaps upon returning the filter? It’s a simple task and should’ve been completed correctly. Do not recommend this business.

  Technician damaged my oil pan and proceeded to cover up the mistake. Instead of owning it right from the star. Hunter, the store manager and Chris the regional manager refuse to take any responsibility for their employees actions and refused to even give an apology.

  My 50,000-mile truck left there with a stripped-out oil drain plug, Valvoline refuses to address the issue.
