  I went there to see if they could put tires on for me and they said that the tires were the wrong size. They neglected to put the tires back in my vehicle, which resulted me having to go back there from West Mifflin which really ticked me off. My time is valuable and I didn't like that they didn't even offer some kind of service discount but you live and you learn.

  False advertising on the price. They did not honor the price that was posted on the dry-erase board in the waiting room. They also failed to rotate my tires, even though it’s a complimentary service with the oil change, until after my vehicle had already been pulled out and I had to ask about it. I waited over two hours for what should have been a simple oil change and tire rotation. My husband had an appointment immediately after mine, but after seeing my experience, he canceled his appointment and we’ll be taking our business elsewhere.

  I cant say enough about how AMAZING Taylour and team are at this location. There was a misfiring issue I had with my car and I originally went to a different shop. They misdiagnosed and $1200 later they were talking to me about getting rid of the car or replacing the engine!!!! Thank goodness I went for a second opinion to Monro in North Versailles and Taylour and team went above and beyond to find that the issue was just a minor solenoid valve repair and saved me THOUSANDS of dollars.... I cant thank this team enough and they have a new customer in me and I will absolutely be referring to all of my friends/family. The one thing everyone wants to do is trust their mechanic and I know that I can trust Taylour and the team at Monro. Thank you all so much!

  Do not go here or even call here. The lady babbles and lies. I was in trouble and needed help and she worried about my stupid e mail. Plus I get my car towed there cause she said she could do it and lied and closed.

  The manager, Taylor, and her crew are honestly just awesome all around. They got all my tires replaced in a timely fashion, and took the time to explain everything to me that was going on and what I might need in the future and how to avoid certain issues. Overall experience was definitely five stars. If you need work done, they’re definitely the people to go to and Taylor is extremely knowledgeable and definitely a car nerd lol
