  Fantastic shop the fresh faces is what the place needed very inviting and friendly. With no appointment was still welcomed in the door and helped with getting my tires on

  Excellent service provided by Chris, my family and i were traveling through on our way to Virgina from NY when my tire light came on for low air pressure. this shop was close by so i stoped in and explaine my situation and he got me rite in repaired my tire and i continued on my trip with no issues. would highly recommend this shop

  Chris went completely above and beyond for us. My tire blew out on the turnpike and I went into the shop shortly before it closed, not expecting anyone to be able to get me in so soon. Chris stayed even after the shop closed to get a new tire on my car since I work every day this week and was worried about when I’d be available. Chris is so friendly and attentive and I will certainly be back for any future tire needs!!!! Can’t recommend enough.

  Everytime I call for an appt they get me in quickly! And whoever answers the phone is so nice and patient! I called Monday 8-17 and he was so friendly on the phone and when I was there waiting for my car to be finished he had 3 people walk in and had a couple difficult people and he handled it so professionally and was so nice to everyone. Highly recommend this place!

  This is going to be a long one - So my Tesla model 3 needed an alignment. The closest store at the time was Monroeville. Before I even scheduled the appointment online, I call and ask for the price for a full wheel alignment. I tell them it’s a Tesla. They tell me it’s $119. I ask if they have time today and they said after 11am is good. I proceed to goto my appointment at 11:30am. After I bring the car in, the supervisor or manager at the time (not sure what his title was) literally comes out and says “so my mechanic has no idea how to do a Tesla”. I’m standing there like what? I said “it’s probably not much different” and they say well they don’t know how to do them, and that was it. I’ve had it done before and it wasn’t any different at Meineke. I asked “do you know if other NTB stores can?” And they said “I don’t know”. Usually, to retain customers for the company which is in their best interest you think they would offer to call some stores and ask. Or to at least be professional about it. Nope. Just looked at me like a deer in headlights. I said “ok I’ll go call some”. That was the end of the exchange. No apology for wasting my time. So I will never bring my car back there or recommend service there with that type of business attitude. Anyways, I proceed to call Greensburg. The man who picked up the phone was from a different store and basically said “we don’t have the new machines and that they get error messages on the screen with Teslas” so I would be better off taking it to Mount Pleasant or Irwin who have the new Hunter machines. I’m thinking “they can’t be for real, it’s not any different, this is ridiculous”. Well I wasn’t wrong - because when I called the Irwin store, Sean the manager took care of the whole thing like it was nothing. He said it isn’t really any different than any other car and they do them all the time. He knows for a fact Greensburg does them. And he also said Monroeville sends him work they don’t want to do. He asked if Monroeville bothered to tell me EVs cost more - considerably more - $180 - and I said nope, what a shocker. He helped me with the price which was very generous, since Monroeville didn’t clarify anything with me. He said he always tries to make the customer happy. That’s a first and hard to find especially in the mechanic industry. He was great, helpful, down to earth and actually wanted to fix the problem- that shouldn’t have even been a problem to begin with. I would recommend this store to anyone in the area needing alignments or similar jobs. They were fast, and the car is handling just as it should. They spotted other issues and there was no pressure to buy anything. Give this man a raise because he actually does his job - and apparently the other stores’ jobs.
