I really wanted to leave a good review for Chris and his team after getting work done here for the first time. I was recommended them by a friend of mine, too. They were initially pleasant and seemed to tend to my car well after getting a flat on my passenger-side front over the weekend, but I ended up with a different, more severe issue than when I came in with that now needs more work and parts. Fixing their work has become the main focus of the past week and a half.
After buying and mounting 4 new tires, an alignment, buying and placing a new rod end, and a state and emission inspection, I spent near $1000 on parts and labor on Sunday 10/4. The flat came from uneven wear and they said they fixed the reason that there was uneven wear, I don't remember what it was specifically. After it was complete, Chris handed me my paperwork, told me when to come back for my next alignment, asked for a review (here's your review Chris), and sent me on my way. I drove home and didn't touch my car til Tuesday 10/6.
After driving 10 miles to work at 11AM just fine, I walked out of my office at 6pm to a completely flat driver-side front tire, not even the tire that was initially flat. I couldn't get a mechanic to come change it til 8:30pm, so I was stuck in the parking lot after dark.
During a call the next morning about my car (with my spare on) that I had dropped off for the second time in 3 days, Chris told me I had to be driving on low tire pressure and that I need a completely new tire (not wheel, tire... after I just got a brand new one just days before and drove less than 25 miles on it). After telling him how and when the flat came about, he told me his team had ground down some rust on that rim and had used bead sealer, but it may not have the best seal because of the rust. None of this was ever mentioned when I picked the car up from the initial work on Sunday. I was told by Chris I should have gotten the extended tire warranty because of "road damage" but he'd waive the charge of a new tire anyway, but I was never offered it or else I would have taken it. The mechanic who put my spare on saw no road damage, anyway.
After they were done with my car for the second time (and apparently more grinding of my rim), Chris told me on the phone that the tire was still leaking air and I'd need a new rim, to come pick it up and just watch my tire pressure. No apologies or taking accountability for the trouble, just "come get it whenever, and it's $33 and change for labor". Upon arrival for pickup, my car is still in the bay. I see them check my pressure again. Chris tells me I DON'T need a new rim after all and that the tire had set itself, but to still check the pressure and maybe "get a new rim to have on hand, just to be safe". Great, whatever.
I don't drive my car until Saturday 10/10 because I'm terrified to drive it. I try it anyway, I go to work for a few hours, then to walmart. Being so careful and going slow. No bumps, no potholes, nothing. Guess what happens? The passenger side tire is FLAT AGAIN. Just sitting in the parking lot of Walmart. Not even the same side they worked on just days before. Thanks to the Greensburg Walmart guys for taking care of my car on the spot. They looked at my wheels and told me NTB didn't balance, clean, or put bead sealant anywhere near my tires or wheels, and that I DO need new rims, sooner rather than later. They told me I'm safe to drive it home, to bring it back for more air and to get new rims installed.
NTB Irwin did god awful work and didn't have the courtesy to be honest with me or ensure I'd be fine once I left their shop. 2/3 of my flat tires this week have been due to their poor work. How did they pass my inspection like this?
I will absolutely never trust NTB with my car again.

Went in because my front end was grinding and I figured I needed front brakes and rotors. They inspected it and confirmed they were bad, then quoted me around $666 and some change for the front brakes and rotors.
While I was sitting there, I looked up comparable parts from NAPA and found them for about $253. That means the quote was over $400 beyond the parts cost for a fairly straightforward front brake and rotor job. I understand businesses have labor, overhead, and markup, but more than doubling the cost seems excessive.
To their credit, the staff was nice enough about it, although they seemed a little annoyed when I declined the work. I had a coupon, so I didn't end up paying anything for the inspection.
I came in expecting somewhere around a $300–$350 repair and left with a quote approaching $700. I won't be returning.
