- RBRobert BishopAug 10, 20261.0Online told me 118 for my car; a deposit is required for credit cards. I'm using my debit card and some cash... Still required to pay the deposit... asked for my contact number because they did not have it; however, they "tried to contact me via phone calls"??? Yeah, the front desk was absolutely horrid... They need to be trained better or find replacements. This location near me was insane... forcing me to pay a deposit fee for using cash and a debit card... Sorry, I'm not going to be swindled by a company that falsely advertises. It's legit; it says in the contract you sign to pick up a car. "Deposit required for credit cards," not debit, not cash. I'm sorry, but you should really train your employees because false advertisement can end up in a lawsuit, and I will 100% never come to your company ever again. The insane customer service was horrid... They lie about contacting you; they are scummy sales tactics. Not worth my time; there are plenty of other companies, mom-and-pop shops that have better prices and better cars, and are not complete corporate scams. 114 turned into almost 600 dollars after they added insurance, random deposits, and all that useless crap I did not need or want. GG, never going back and will never recommend your company to anyone.
