- MBMikeal BaloghApr 8, 20261.0This Enterprise did a bait and switch. Tried to force me to pay for a car that I didn't ask for. The insurance company fixed it and they still screwed it up. Hopefully I don't have a heart attack walking home cuz they took my car More detailed review: Danielle, who I believe to be the manager of this location has zero customer service skills. Had to deal with two car insurance companies, a collision and company and. Had to deal with two car insurance companies, a collision and company and Enterprise was definitely the worst part of the experience getting my car fixed. Instead of taking my word for it and contacting the insurance company paying the bill she chose to start an argument with me the customer. After leaving me stranded without a vehicle, I made contact with the insurance company who then contacted the Enterprise office to reassure that everything should be taken care of. But since the contract was closed, Enterprise continues to refuse to refund the money. That should not be charged to me that should be charged to the insurance company which the insurance company agrees. Again zero customer satisfaction. No conflict resolution. Very poor management skills. I have many options to book my corporate travel and Enterprise was up until this point preferred. No longer
