  Bought our car new here. Returned every year for the complimentary maintenance and inspection. Wife took the car in today for inspection and oil change, some part of this was supposed to be free according to her. Comes home with a bill of $936 for a 40k mile service when the car only has 18k miles. Also wanted to do an alignment, even though the tires show zero wear per the tech, and wanted to do a fuel injector treatment even though this 18k vehicle runs fine. They took advantage of a woman. Stay away.

  I recently traded in my 2017 S60 and purchased a 2024 S60. Wynn always provides excellent service and quality. I wouldn’t use any other dealership. I’m so thankful to have worked with Mac McArthur for the majority of my purchases. The whole team is wonderful but Mac’s responsiveness and focus on customer satisfaction is unmatched!

  Purchase of car was great. Service is horrible. 3rd instance trying to contact them and the only way to get them is if they by chance answer the phone. Voicemails and online requests go unanswered. Last time their excuse was they lost a service manager but it happens every time. I love my volvo but would have second thoughts buying another one because I do not want to deal with this service department.

  Mac Miller sold my gf a defective car. After two days she had to return the car to the dealership for Engine issues, on a brand new Tiguan! They take advantage of costumers because they finessed her into not driving the car and instead she drove a different car of same kind. Do not buy a car here
