I was having an issue with the tire valve stem that prevented me from inflating my tire. I was on my way to an event and remembered Mavis was on the way. I pulled up and Matt, the general manager said they were just closing and that his team had gone home. I explained my situation and he was able to put air in the tire almost instantly. I appreciate him taking the time to help me, especially when he was just about to leave. I would have had to drive another 10 minutes out of my way to where the tires were installed, with no guarantee someone would be there. While I do have to get the valve stem repaired, it was nice to have access to a close-by facility and a manager who was willing to help.

Took 5 hours to patch my tire.
I was traveling from out of town and of course got a drill bit stuck in my tire that I couldn’t remove and patch myself. Made an appointment for 12pm and told them I was in a rush and out of town trying to go home. I called them at 2:30 asking for a status update and they said I was “next.” Well, they didn’t even look at my car until 3:30. Got a call at 3:45 that they can’t find my wheel lock key and might not be able to service my car. They find it where it’s supposed to be and finally I got to pick my car up at 4:45. No manager was onsite to apologize, give a discount, or even throw in a stupid free air freshener or something to make me feel a little better about them taking 5 hours on a 30 minute job.
The patch is still holding, so I guess they didn’t mess that up at least.

I’ve been going to this Mavis location for many years and Matt C and the rest of the crew there have been very helpful. They are up front with you with pricing and also can give you option to your problem even if they will not get that immediate business. Moneys tight for everyone and they understand that and will help you solve your car needs for your benefit. Weather is state inspection, tires, or other simple maintenance Mavis is a great choice.

This was my first time visiting Mavis Tires & Brakes in West Norriton, and I had a very positive experience. The waiting area was clean, and the staff were approachable, friendly, and welcoming.
I came in to have a tire repaired after it was punctured by a nail, and I was grateful that they were able to take care of it quickly and get me back on the road without a long wait.
Overall, I really appreciated the friendly service, clean environment, and efficient turnaround. Thank you to the team for making my first visit a great one!
