  Store is filthy and unorganized. Sale associates are unprofessional and too laxed. Customers are greeted with the statements, "Hey dude" and "gotcha man". Feel like I'm dealing with frat "boys" won't be dealing with this location. Plus, vehicle type wasn't what was requested.

  If I could give no stars I would. Got a full size suv rental for 4th of july weekend to travel to visit family. The vehicle broke down on the side of the highway in 105degeee weather and I was told by customer service that the turnpike was a restricted area enterprise could not do anything for me. Got told I had to drive all these different places all while I had 4 kids in a hot car that wouldnt drive. In order to get home after the weekend I had to get another rental I was given a tiny car and had to leave my kids at relatives because I had to get back to work. When I was called by enterprise after I dropped off the vehicle all they could do for me was take off $150 because apparently they do not work on the weekends and could not help me. Now I have $1000 charge on my card for services I did not receive. I will NEVER get a car from enterprise EVER again they are not helpful and shitty with customer service.!!! Stay away far away!!!

  I just wish they credit people for early returns instead of charging full 24 hour rate for 8 hours

  Have not had any issues will a number of rentals recently. I like the gas policy... return it with the same amount that was in it when you pick it up. Friendly staff.
