  Had a very bad experience with this location today. Called and made a reservation to pick up a car same day. I was told no problem, we have a sedan you can rent and pick up at noon. I received a confirmation email stating this. I received a call HOURS later saying they had no cars available. I spoke to Harvey. He then suggested I call around myself to see if anyone else had a vehicle that would fit my needs, as the only vehicle they had was a 15 person van. I asked if he could call around for me and was told no, “everybody else is in the same position.” I called the Wayne location and they said they do indeed have a car available for me, and they even told me how to save money on my rental. Terrible customer service at this location. They won’t do anything to rectify a situation when clearly they are in the wrong. I won’t be using this location anymore.

  Process was simple as my husband had already gone in and completed all paperwork. Door was locked, waited about 10 mins and someone came back. The SUV itself is disgusting. Trash, socks, food, gum on the doors and in the 3rd row, dog hair and the back floor is wet. Thankful my sons cleaned it out for our trip tomorrow. Also, I did try to go back, the locked was locked again. I was not waiting.
