  Excellent experience with Enterprise who provided a loaner while my car was in the shop. Rep went over the essential features of the car, very professional. I received a follow-up call after returning the car and communication was excellent. The rental I was given is very similar to mine, which I appreciated. Great car rental company!

  Stay away from this location. They knowingly rented me a car that did not lock. When I called from my destination to report I couldn’t lock the car, they said “yeah we know, just use the button on the door.” This didn’t work though. Another car I’d rented from this location about 6 months ago kept warning me of critical stalling issues and they didn’t care then either. When I returned the car that didn’t lock, I mentioned this was the second car from this location that had had significant problems for me. Nick at the desk promised to add 2 nights of points my account to make up for this. When the points didn’t go through a few days later, I called and spoke with Matty, who told me he would make sure they were added. I have been told almost 3 weeks that these points would be added to my account and they still have not.

  Went to this store to pick up a car while mine was being fixed. The pick up was easy and fast was told everything was fine and all set. Didn’t sign any paperwork didn’t get any information of an agreement. So I left thinking we were all good to go with the car. Got a call a few days later saying everything is good to go and update with our rental. Upon returning the vehicle I was told it was almost $800. When I wasn’t informed on any changes that I would need to pay after I was told I was good to go multiple times. Wasn’t given any paperwork or receipts. Very unprofessional when I asked/said I knew nothing of any charges and wasn’t updated on them he told me it was an open ended contract when I didn’t sign any contract. Wish I could give 0 stars. Scammers.
