    Overall experience renting from here was not bad the people inside were kind, except for I was lied to about how much gas that needed to be returned in the truck. I was told that it only need to be three-quarter of away. After returning it I got a random charge for almost $150 claiming that did not fill it the way they wanted it and they charged me eight dollars per gallon of gas if they say anything with the gas make sure it’s written down on your contract so they can’t pull scandalous stuff like this. once again my rental overall was good. Took a truck from new Ken to Virginia and the people were nice but apparently they just don’t “remember” where the trucks were told to be filled at.

    I recommend highly!!!! J, Sue, Kelly, and Karlee and Nick... super awesome people to work with! They are very easy to get in touch with and they confirm all appointments! The trucks are always clean and safe... thank you for a great business that you have in our area.... and for taking care of your customers!!!! You will NOT get service anywhere else like you do here!

    They hose people on the weekends. Was told weekday rates are $30/day but Saturdays are $100/day PLUS .99 cents a mile gas! Was told Corporate sets this up deliberately. I'm happy as a clam now that I've gone with Budget - only $65 for the entire day WITH the gas (.59c per mile to boot). Also impossible to get on the phone with these people - avoid at all costs!
