The next day, before I had a chance to call them to get an appointment, they had already found the problem and repaired it and called me. Excellent service.

Price was still higher than expected, an additional $19.20 was added for unexplained miscellaneous. But scheduling was difficult and complicated by Fact that the customer service representative who took the appointment did not really understand the shop’s need for more time and a different time slot since I was getting state inspection plus oil change and tire rotation. I could not get the day. I wanted as a result, and had to reschedule with the manager.
