  I had my car inspection done the other day. The service and professionalism were outstanding. I dropped my car off and within a couple of hours I received a phone call to say it was finished. I would recommend Wrenchtec for any of your car needs!

  I recently had my 2019 Ford F-150 repaired at Wrench Tech, where they completed a full cam phaser replacement, timing chain replacement, and water pump replacement. I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the communication was outstanding. They kept me informed throughout the entire repair process, explained everything clearly, and there were no surprises with the pricing. Their quote was significantly better than other local repair shops I contacted, making it an easy decision. They also provided me with a loaner vehicle, which made the inconvenience of being without my truck much easier. What really impressed me was their commitment to customer service. They even called to let me know they were transferring my truck to their Nazareth location because repairs on other vehicles at the original shop were taking longer than expected, and they didn't want my repair to be delayed. It's refreshing to find a shop that values honesty, communication, and customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Wrench Tech to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price. They've definitely earned my future business.

  Five stars isn’t enough. I found a screw in my tire this morning and immediately went into panic mode because I’m leaving for a wedding weekend today. Wrench Tec got me in right away, fixed the tire for a very reasonable price, and had me back on the road in less than an hour, all while providing coffee while I waited in the lobby. Phil at the front desk was so kind. He chatted with me while I waited and completely changed the tone of my morning. What started as a stressful situation ended up being one of those reminders that there are still genuinely good people out there. The repair was fast, the service was excellent, and everyone was incredibly professional. I’m so grateful I came here. So grateful I found them!

  I found WrenchTec through the AAA app after finding myself with a flat tire more than 45 minutes from home. It was 5:30 before a tow truck could be dispatched to me and every other service center closed by 5:30. It truly was kismet. By the time they rolled my car off the rollback, it was 6:15 and they still were working on other cars. Closing time was 7pm, but they were kind and assured me it wasn’t a problem. They further assured me that even if my tire had to be replaced, and it took until the following day, they would have a loaner for me to drive home. I was offered coffee or a cold drink, directed to free WiFi and sat down in the clean and comfortable lounge to wait. My electric key broke during the tow (to be fair it had been glued together and was in no way the tow truck driver’s fault). They fixed that too while I waited. By 7:04 I was paying my bill. I expected to have a sticker shock, but I was surprised in the best way possible. All in all the crew made an awful situation much less terrible. Good music, smiles, and someone who thought of the details that truly take the sting out of most people’s bad days made this a shop I wish was more local to me. As a side note, even the bathroom was stocked with women’s hygiene products gratis. Again, someone who thinks of others needs certainly works here. Thanks so much WrenchTec. I have already spread the word to my social media pages and will certainly be happy to recommend you to my friends who are in your service area.
