  I was in a car accident and used an enterprise rental while my car was in the shop. I was taken care of by Salvatore (the manager) and Lexi (a rep) and both went above and beyond my expectations. The rental of the car went a little long and since the other party’s insurance was covering it, Salvatore and Lexi made sure to reach out to them for me. They made the whole ordeal smooth, and made sure to call me with any updates. I would definitely return to enterprise, hopefully under better circumstance, and would and have recommended them to friends.

  Avoid the lrhigh street enterprise, unless you feel like standing there with no car and no suggestions.

  If I could give you 0 stars I would! I was told by my insurance company that they would arrange for a rental car so I brought my damaged car to Koch 33 Collision off RT 33 in Easton. Alexis, from Nazareth Enterprise, dropped off a very dirty Hundai Kona, took photos of that inside + out, and had a small tablet for me to sign. I wasn't given a written contract. Her I pad tablet had print so small it couldn't be read. When I reached out initially to Enterprise, I specifically told them my insurance was reimbursing me $35 per day for the car and I could not go over that amount. I took the car and used it while my car was being repaired. When I had a chance to look at the rental agreement on a regular computer I noticed they were charging me $20/day over the reimbursement amount. I have had accidents in the past and used rental cars and dealt with insurance reimbursements. Typically the rental car companies give a discounted insurance rate in cases like this but Enterprise does the exact opposite. I called Enterprise to discuss the additional charges to me and asked for a discounted rate for being an AAA or AARP member, a weekly rate or some other accommodation. They stated it could not be done because the insurance company was involved and they were billing them and me. The car took 23 days to be repaired and in the end I was billed $450 OVER AND ABOVE THE $805 my insurance company paid them. I made one last call to Lorenzo asking to have the bill recalculated on a weekly rate for the car--$249 per week on their website. He stated he would not make the adjustment because the insurance company had to be billed on a daily rate of $35/day plus my personal charges which he called a "copay". As a bonus, this crappy manager Lorenzo hung up on me. I suggest going elsewhere if you need a rental car and if you ever run into Lorenzo run away as far and fast as you can!!

  The following applies to Enterprise Rental/Nazareth: Significant delay in getting the type of vehicle requested, lack of transparency in explaining why the delay (the renter had to take the initiative to push the process forward ), increased cost for renter regarding insurance on rental car and significant delay in starting the repair of vehicle.

  Terrible communication as I am a gold member with them. I asked abkut a free upgrade and since I travel for work they said I would need to connect with the place where I got the car at. First off enterprise is a chain I do not need to reach out to where I got the car specially if I travel for work. I expect a better solution to poor employees at this site.
