I had a terrible negative equity situation on my hands and Mark went above and beyond to find a solution. He was able to get me out of my financed 2023 Volvo XC 60 and into a leased 2026 Volvo XC 60 T8 Plug in Hybrid. Mark and his sales team and Karl the Service Manager and his service team are why I will only go to them with my Volvo.
