Recently purchased a 2026 Volvo XC 60 B5 June 26 2026 and I am in love with this vehicle! This was the best car purchase experience we have ever had with any dealership; 5 Star all the way…. Jimmy Lee, Mark and Anthony were beyond exceptional working with us through the whole process, they went above and beyond to get me in the right vehicle.
Not once did we feel pressured or felt the need to walk away like most dealerships. I put this staff through the ringer (lol) changed my mind three times on which vehicle I wanted to drive! And not once did I feel put off by them, always a smile!

Was it the smoothest car deal ever? Far from it. Yet sometimes it's the difficult experiences that reveal the most. True character — whether in a person or a business — only shows itself under pressure. How do they treat you when things get complicated? Are they guided by principle or by profit? Do they value your loyalty or see you as just another transaction? A seamless deal will never answer those questions.
This particular situation took over a month to resolve, but I can say with genuine conviction that Brown-Daub Volvo handled it with integrity and professionalism. Did I walk away with the deal of the century? No. But I received a fair outcome, and a significant issue was resolved to my complete satisfaction. And frankly, if you're hunting for bargains, a Volvo dealership isn't your starting point — quality commands a price, as it should. They absorbed a real cost to make things right, and in my view, that's what ultimately matters.
Before this experience, I selected dealerships on purely superficial metrics — proximity and price — without ever considering the human elements that truly matter: trust, integrity, and the certainty that someone has your back when things go wrong. Because, well, who expects to find those traits displayed at a car dealership? Going forward, my loyalty belongs to Brown-Daub Volvo — earned by doing the right thing when it mattered most. I had a great experience working with Mark Zakariya at Brown-Daub Volvo Cars Lehigh Valley. Mark was outstanding from start to finish—professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. He took the time to explain everything clearly, especially the extended warranty, and made sure I was comfortable with every step.

This has been one of the worst car sales experience that I have had in a very long time. This sale involved a sales rep, a sales manager, and the business manager.
Even with management layers involved I was left with over $2000 in additional expenses, next to no consideration, and was informed by the business manager that the car was not sold compliantly.
I think that it’s worth mentioning that this was a more expensive car and the service I received was more comparable to a buy-here pay-here lot. I bought from 9 hours away and feel as though this was part of the reason I was treated the way that I was.
There are plenty of other places to buy a vehicle and I would encourage you to keep looking.
