I recently purchased a pre-owned Volvo XC90 Plug-In Hybrid from Brown-Daub Volvo and had a great experience working with Mark and Jimmy. From the beginning, they were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process.
Since this was my first hybrid vehicle, I had a lot of questions about the features, upgrades, and overall ownership experience. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.
At no point did I feel pressured. It genuinely felt like they wanted me to be happy with the vehicle long-term — not just make a sale. They were responsive, easy to work with, and made the whole experience feel low-stress and enjoyable.
I’m very happy with my XC90 and would absolutely return to Brown-Daub Volvo in the future. Highly recommend working with Mark and Jimmy.

I’m 63 and have bought my share of vehicles. But my experience with Jimmy and Mark was unlike any other. I got the car I wanted and drove off in it under 90 minutes. They didn’t waste my time and they were very polite and all around good people. Thanks.
I recently purchased by third XC60, my second from Brown Daub. I could not be any happier with the process this time around. Mark, Tony, Jimmy, and Todd were a dream team to work with. The negotiation process was fair and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. I recently had a service experience at the Nazareth location of Volvo Cars that did not meet the level of professionalism and customer care I’ve come to expect from the brand.
Upon arrival, there was no staff member present in the service garage to receive customers. I then entered the service area and initially found no one at the front desk. When the female receptionist arrived, she immediately asked whether I had a loaner vehicle reserved. This felt disorganized, as I would expect that information to already be prepared as I communicated one was needed with the appointment and when I had to push the appointment further back in time. Unfortunately, her overall demeanor came across as disengaged and unwelcoming, which set a discouraging tone for the visit.
I chose to overlook this initial interaction; however, the experience continued to fall short. When returning the loaner, I inquired about a vehicle in the service area that had yellow brake calipers and asked about the possibility of adding a similar feature to my own vehicle. The receptionist responded simply, “you can’t,” without any explanation. Fortunately, a technician stepped in and provided a clear and informative response, explaining that the feature is specific to certain models. I appreciated the technician’s professionalism, as it reflected the level of knowledge and courtesy I would expect.
Further confusion arose when I was directed to pick up my vehicle at “the other window,” without clear guidance on where that was, more direction would have been helpful. I have gotten service here before but it has been some time.
At checkout, the experience unfortunately declined further. The cashier handed me my keys and paperwork and wished me a good day without indicating where my vehicle was located. When I asked, I was told it was “somewhere in the front.” For a dealership representing a premium brand, I found it surprising that there was no effort to have the vehicle ready in a designated, clearly communicated area, or to provide a more guided handoff.
By comparison, I have consistently received excellent service at the Volvo Cars Allentown location. There, customers are greeted promptly upon arrival, staff are well-prepared, and vehicles are ready and conveniently positioned upon pickup. The difference in service quality between the two locations is significant.
I would also like to recognize Kelsey, who was professional, polite, and genuinely helpful. Her customer service stood out as a positive in an otherwise disappointing experience.
Going forward, I would prefer to continue servicing my vehicle at the Allentown location, even if it means foregoing certain incentives, in order to receive the level of professionalism and attentiveness I associate with the Volvo brand.

I recently went with my son who was looking to Purchase a Volvo automobile, while waiting for him and his dad to return from a test drive I was looking around and fell in love with the Volvo XC60. Well that day I too purchased a gorgeous Volvo, fully loaded and truly an amazing Hybrid Vehicle. Jimmy was our salesman and he was amazing, extremely knowledgeable and very patient with me (senior citizen) explaining the hi tech details of the car. The Staff was truly amazing the General Sales Manager Mark was fantastic at explaining our options with financing, and Anthony our Business Manager walked me through the extras and was honest and saved us some money too, I highly recommend this dealership and Volvo the safest vehicle to date, I love my new XC60 and my son loves his Volvo sports car, both are GORGEOUS and run like charms.
