  Where do I begin? The GM manager is very unprofessional. Along with the store manager. The old manager was very helpful and professional. Chase was his name. And almost all of the old staff is gone. Apparently they all walked out. That goes to tell you something about the upper management. The customer service has gone down hill like a dumpster on fire. I would never come back to this store again. I’ll take my business to my local parts store and advanced auto. If Autozone is gunna have employees that walk out in large numbers? That tells me that this corporation does not care about the employees or customers.

  This specific store consistently has issues reading tap to pay. I am forced to go out to get my card, which still does not tap. Then I cannot insert the card before the machine is ready for it and meanwhile the employees never engages with you. They are seemingly annoyed they have to check you out. They are impersonal to customers as they are usually heavily involved in their own conversations amongst each other. The one woman previously reviewed as Angie, everytime I go in has a condescending attitude and for bid anyone in the entire place says hello. No they are not paid well, but at the same time if I am spending more than I would getting it shipped to my door, I expect better service, or at the very least the ability to make a payment in an accepted form of paying. I will just continue to buy my parts online and do as others have suggested and go to advanced auto(or Napa )right down the road for a more customer centered experience.

  Went to get rear blinker lights, after telling them multiple times it was the rear they gave me front blinker lights. Also, an elderly gentleman got a flat tire outside of their store. I went in to ask if they had a jack to help us change it, they said he could buy one, then when I asked if one of their employees could help him because I was supposed to be at work, they said there’s nothing we can do to help. Never going back there. Go to Advance auto parts instead, they’ve always been generous and helpful.

  So rude. Bad customer service by the employee that I guess was getting ready for his shift to end. Will not go back
