  I called to schedule the appt and the scheduler asked for the year, make, and model of my car. Gave him the information and he told me it would be $57 for the oil change and tire rotation. Got the oil change done and I was charged $100. I was told that it’s because it’s full synthetic oil. Now maybe that’s a fair price (although I’ve been getting full synthetic for years and it hasn’t cost that much) but it’s bad business to give customers an estimate and then charge them nearly twice as much after the service is done.

  Always great customer service and quality work. It's my go-to place for inspections and new tires. I had a flat tire this weekend and they were able to plug it, and did it free of charge!

  A few days ago I booked an appointment online for an oil change online only to get there and be told I'd have to leave it for 2+ hours since they are too busy. Attempted to book another appt at a different Monroe for a different day via the phone this time (which apparently goes directly to this Monroe location or atleast that's what they tell you...its basically a call center located who knows where) and the lady asked me if today at 11:30 would work for this location!. I told her my husband was literally just there and was told they were too busy. She scheduled me for another Monroe location at that same time and the confirmation I get says, "online appointment scheduled". So fearing we'd get turned away again I cancelled that appointment. Called a completely different place and spoke to an actual employee at the shop and scheduled an appointment instead with them.

  They were so helpful and kind when I pulled in frazzled with a flat tire and my crying baby in the backseat. They got my spare tire on for me, and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Thank you for your help and kindness during a stressful moment!

  It always happens when you least expect it. Failed battery on my 2017 Jeep Wrangler. Stopped in and Robbie took care of me. Good deal on a Diehard battery. Topped off some fluids. Right there in the parking lot. Very little wait. I’ll be back for taking care of my vehicles.
