While out of town my truck had an overheating issue. Rob at Mavis Tire was able to schedule me quickly and kept me updated regularly with our status. Our mechanic Brian was able to solve the heating issue. He actually took the time to explain what went wrong. Within 24hrs we are back on our way! Thanks to the professionalism of Rob and Brian at Mavis tire.

Frank was very helpful with tire replacement for my daughter’s vehicle. They even added on a state inspection on the same day as the tire service. They were exceptional to work with.

We brought our 2026 gmc 2500 Denali to this location to get new tires installed! Upon picking it up we noticed that all four wheels had scratches around the wheel. Spoke to the manager and the regional manager, Mike. They had us bring the vehicle in to their location so that they could bring a company to repair the wheels. They told us that if they cannot repair the wheels they would replace them. Mike called us back today and said that the wheels were not repaired up to spec. Now they want to send them them down to some other place to get repaired. Stay away from Mavis go to any other tire shop.

I usually take my car to the manufacturer's service center, but couldn't get an appointment due to Labor Day and travel plans, so I came here just for an oil change and state inspection. While it was in for service, they called and said my brake pads, rotors, and fluid all needed replacing — total came to over $1,000. They offered an $80 discount, and since I was already without a car, I agreed at the time. Later I realized I'd had a full brake job done on 2/16/2026 — just about 6 months earlier. I'm not a mechanic, but that seems like a very short time for brake pads and rotors to wear out completely, unless I'm doing something unusual with my driving. It's left me wondering whether the work was really necessary. I value safety and proper maintenance over saving money, so I don't mind paying for real repairs. But I want to trust that what I'm being told needs fixing actually needs fixing. Because of this experience, I'm hesitant to bring my vehicle back here again.
