I absolutely LOVE this place! As a single mom, dealing with an unexpected tire emergency is stressful enough! I rushed back to Mavis in a panic, and they took care of me without hesitation. They fixed my tire and had me back on the road in no time!
What I appreciate most is that they don’t give you the runaround, they don’t try to beat you over the head with ridiculous prices, and they genuinely make you feel taken care of. Fast, honest, affordable service is hard to find these days!

My sisters and I arrived at Mavis at 7:45pm in need of a new tire to replace a flat we’d just gotten. The manager and the rest of the team could not have been nicer. Works fine if you're in a pinch, otherwise this place should be very much avoided. Incredibly unorganized, they forgot about my car for a day and the next day I watched them search for someone's key for half an hour. As all chains do, they will try as they might to tell you 1000 things need to be fixed right now, and not only do they charge you an arm and a leg for it, they actually mess up other parts of the car while doing it. Need a tire? Should be simple enough, don't let them do or touch anything else.

Lots of talking and making sure you wait as long as they can make you. But good work just takes all day to get out of there it took 2 hours to get started on my tires, and anytime anyone saw something on a car every single guy in the shop would stop and go over to look and talk for 20 mins then go back to working
