Today they removed the screw that had gotten into my rear right tire and repaired it. They were very professional, helpful, and careful with their work. In a rush. They did not put any of the little air caps on my new tires. And they just threw my spare tire in the trunk. They could have easily placed it under the car where it belongs while it was already on the lift.
My husband took his truck over and they did not get to it. When we arrived one car was in the bay and everyone was just standing around. Definitely will not be going back.
