Purchased tires , Inflate, Balance, and wheel Alignment....Notice I said INFLATE said Tires... Called me said Couldn't find Socket for Lock nut...I Stated it is in Glove Box..They Can't find It..Really..Ok.. Finally Service Done...GREAT... Not so Great.. Picked up Car.. Tire light on..Circle around Parking lot..That I Had Not Left Yet.. told them Tire Light on.. They put Air in them.I Left.. went to my sons , checked tires said they were nice and Noticed the Front Left Lock Nut Missing...Called They don't have it should be on Car..ok.. Took Picture clearly not there..Car was not steering Right, front wobbly.... Made Apt to take to Hyundai...Have Video. .. first they never balance Rear tires.. Original weights still on them.. (1st time Tires have been Replaced Since Purchase of the Vehicle) they did the front ..but Not Correctly Balanced.. AND THE WHEEL ALIGNMENT. WHAT A joke...Have Print out From Dealership ALIGNMENT was way out,.. And video of Original weights still on Vehicle...I Hope the People of Mt Pocono will Wery of Mavis .. Very Bad Work.. and taking money for a service Clearly not Done Properly... I will Never use your service or any associated with you Company..your Negligence just Cost me 1,300.. to Have Fixed..

Was able to make an appointment the night before for a tire repair or replace. They took my car at the exact time, and were quick and efficient. Xavier let me know there was a small nail and they were able to patch it and refused to let me pay. I have been here multiple times in the past and have always had a great experience. Thank you Mavis for being so efficient and kind.

Xavier (shop manger), Anthony & James, helped me immensely today. Last week, Ford (in VA) replaced a TPMS on my tire & I've been loosing pressure in the tire since. Brought it in today to Mavis Mt Pocono & they took me in right away. Ford, apparently, forgot to replace the stem & I've been leaking air ever since. Way to go guys! Nice job!
