  The way these people work seems unfair to me; they don't do the job right. They make me come back the next day, only to tell me they can't help me—even though *they* were the ones who messed up the work in the first place. Then, when I do go back, they pull up a fake history just to avoid doing the job. This place is crap; you're better off going to Midas across the street.

  Huge shoutout to jack williams auto services. Coming from Jersey, I bent my rim. I went to them and within the hour, they were able to fix the problem. Ricky, Noah, Bailee, & Dante were super professional and had great service. They found the problem, and got straight to the fix. Now I’m driving my car safely. 10/10 recommend for whatever tire needs.

  We were driving from NYC to Rochester NY after dropping our daughter off at college. We felt like we had a flat mid trip, so we got off at the next exit. We found Jack Williams Tire and Auto Service Center right away. Turns out we had a screw in the tire… They patched it and had us on our way in under 5 minutes!! They were the nicest people to talk with and very professional. The shop was immaculate and so were the bathrooms! We were so grateful to have stumbled on their shop at 4:30 pm on a Friday when we just wanted to get home after a long few days. Thank you to Noah and the tech who helped us out!! If you live in the area or have tire troubles while traveling through, we highly recommend this shop! 5 stars!!

  Terrible service. I came in to have four tires replaced and waited for two hours. After leaving, I got on the highway, and at 70 mph the steering wheel was shaking so badly that I thought something was going to come apart. If you take on a job, and you try to straighten a wheel but still cannot balance it properly, you should inform the customer. Instead, you did something to it, put everything back together, and said it was ready, even though the wheels were not properly balanced. How is that acceptable? This is your reputation. I paid $180. Afterward, I went to another tire shop, where they put the wheels on a balancing machine and discovered that the previous shop had not properly balanced them at all. People, stay away from this place.

  **Very Disappointing Experience — Be Careful** This was my family’s first experience with this shop, and unfortunately, it was extremely disappointing\. My 75\-year\-old father brought his truck in for mechanical work, and I believe he was charged an unreasonable amount for the services performed and recommended\. I became involved because my father is financially struggling, and I wanted to help him resolve the situation from out of state\. I attempted to contact Andrew several times to discuss the charges and find a reasonable solution\. During those calls, I was hung up on multiple times, and on one occasion I was told to “go F myself\.” That type of behavior is completely unacceptable when dealing with a customer, regardless of the circumstances\. I was also extremely concerned about being quoted $279 for a single tire and not being given clear information regarding the total cost of the additional service that was being recommended\. I simply wanted an explanation of the charges and an opportunity to make a payment on my father’s behalf over the phone\. I have tried to resolve this directly and professionally, but I have not received the level of communication or customer service I would expect from a professional repair facility\. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage customers—especially elderly customers—to get a detailed written estimate and understand exactly what they are being charged for before authorizing work\. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience with the service, communication, and treatment we received\.
