We drove from NYC to the Poconos -- hit a rock along the way. Wasn't sure if our tires were damaged or not. We didn't want to risk getting back on the highway again without getting it checked.
This shop was honest and said our tires were still fine. There was cosmetic damage but nothing to be worried about. They also gave us a reasonable quote if we wanted to replace the tires in question. Would definitely come back here if we need anything else during our holiday stay.

I had a great experience at Jack Williams Tire thanks to Ricky, the mechanic who worked on my vehicle. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without trying to upsell me on anything I didn't need. The work was completed quickly and done right the first time. It's hard to find honest and dependable service these days, and Ricky definitely delivered. I highly recommend Jack Williams Tire and especially Ricky if you're looking for quality work and excellent customer service. I'll definitely be coming back for future service needs!

After a long drive from southern Maryland to the Poconos, we pulled off the interstate and my ABS light, traction control, and emergency brake all went off. As I pressed the brakes, the ABS motor kicked in, which wasn’t good. I parked at a local Walmart and called them at 5:20 p.m. on a Tuesday, when they closed at 6 p.m. Noah advised me to come by and they’d assist me. I drove over and both Noah and Andrew helped me. They promised to inspect the car first thing in the morning and then called an Uber for me—yes, for me! They even covered the costs. We continued our vacation to Skytop as if nothing had happened.
The next day, they called and informed me that they had fixed the problem and offered some other services that I was already planning to address in a few months. The prices were reasonable and competitive with my local shop back home. So, I decided to have the brake pads replaced, rotors replaced, a new battery installed, and get a brake fluid service. They even threw in the oil change and repair work on my ABS sensor for free.
I’m not even a local, and it’s unlikely that I’ll visit this establishment again for service. However, they treated me like I was a local, as if we’ve been homeschool buddies for years. I honestly might just bring my car here again the next time I visit the Poconos just because of this experience.
