  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great experience at Jack Williams Tire & Auto! I came in with a flat tire, and the staff was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. They took care of the issue quickly and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their customer service was excellent, and I really appreciated how efficient and knowledgeable the team was. It’s always nice to find a place that genuinely cares about its customers. Highly recommend Jack Williams to anyone needing tire service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  I went in for my appointment at 3 for state inspection and the guy who checked me in said I would be waiting for up to 45 minutes but the inspection is quick. I ended up being there for two hours only for the manager to say that they wouldn’t be able to inspect my car because they don’t have time. He went on to say they had other work and inspection takes an hour. I pushed back because my car is not old or in disrepair and inspection never takes that long and he refused to inspect my car. It is unacceptable to have a customer wait for 2 hours - especially when they booked an available time slot - only to say sorry we can’t do your inspection. There was no attempt to make things better, just bye have a great day. Absolutely unacceptable and I want a district manager to reach out to me.

  I had a very good experience at Jack Williams in Mt Pocono thanks to Noah. I showed up without an appointment the day I had to leave for work 4 states away. Even though they were busy, Noah fit me in and took card of my car, which needed an alignment badly. Noah was very friendly, professional, and had a great attitude. On top of being very busy, he was dealing with an extremely difficult Karen, but that still didn’t change his attitude. Thank you Noah!

  Went in for a first time PA inspection. Was greeted by a very nice, customer-friendly, and welcoming Service Manager, Noah Reed. After a thorough inspection, there was a problem with my control arm in the right and left side of my Nissan Rogue. The Store Manager, Andrew Fromm, can out and took the time to visually show with videos, explained in detail, and even took us around the parking lot to few and listen to the problem. He took time and made sure we understood all the details and price of cost to fix. He was very polite, patient and helpful. It’s very hard to find places of business these days who actually care and give exceptional customer service and support. I recommend this place 1000%. Best service in Mount Pocono, for sure!!

  Recently I found myself in a serious time sensitive situation. I had been driving my 2014 Chevy Cruse in Mt Pocoo PA when my car overheated. Bells and whistles going off on my dashboard. I was literally a 71year old “damsel in distress “. It was approximately 3:30pm and I was on my way to Newark Liberty Airport some 70 miles to make a 6:50pm flight. After allowing my car to cool down, I immediately pulled into Jack Williams Tire and Auto Center on Rt 940. I was frantic that I had a serious car issue and I would not make my flight. Noah and Andrew put my car up on the lift and discovered that a clamp for my radiator hose had rusted out and broke off leaving the radiator hose disconnected and my reservoir empty. They QUICKLY replaced the hose, installed a new clamp, filled my car with coolant and……… here’s the BEST PART! They didn’t charge me a single $. They performed a heroic act and sent me on my way. I made my flight that evening! Those two young men really helped me that day and I will be forever grateful! I highly recommend Jack Williams to anyone who needs auto services. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it! Huge THANKS to Noah and Andrew. You guys ROCK!
