  Visited the Mount Pleasant, PA location today, and I have to say—Will provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! His knowledge, professionalism, and genuine understanding of my situation made me feel comfortable and confident that my issue was going to be taken care of. It’s not every day you come across someone who truly takes the time to listen and make sure you feel valued as a customer. Will went above and beyond, and I really appreciate the experience. My family and I will definitely be coming back to this location from now on. Great service, great experience, and an even better employee! Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Alyssa at the front desk is awesome. I walked in needing a patched tire 15 minutes before closing and they did not hesitate to help me out. Great attitude and I will definitely be coming back.

  We were on vacation and heading to our destination when the tire pressure light came on. Stopped here (NTB) along the way seeking help and they did not disappoint. The young man (Will) at the front desk was extremely helpful and polite! Got us in and out in less than an hour. Found out there was about a 4” drill bit stuck in the tire causing a slow leak. Very reassuring knowing we had a four hour drive home later that week. Highly recommend!

  Aaron at NTB was absolutely amazing today! He went above and beyond to help me get my brake shoes fixed, and I truly appreciate the time, patience, and effort he put into helping me. He was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of properly. It’s not every day you come across someone who provides that level of service.
