  Horrible experience with Galley's and completely unprofessional. Yelled at us in person today as we brought our truck in (as he had told us to do a week ago). It was a big fix, he told us he would make it a priority after his vacation and to bring it in. Well, we brought it in and received backlash from him that he couldn't do it and that he was too busy now in the most disrespectful, belittling way. We have been loyal customers with our truck and several other vehicles. Save yourself time and go someplace else that's dependable. The owner could benefit from a lesson in basic customer service. But I think it's just common sense that you don't tell someone to bring something in and then yell at them in public for doing so.

  Very cocky and unprofessional...they replaced parts that didn't need replaced without asking...also charged me for expensive NAPA parts, upon inspection I on they used cheap Carquest brand...Also performed a front end alignment with a bad wheel bearing??? would give them a zero if I could
