- IIInfoDrewAug 22, 20261.0Went in for an oil change, was told they don’t have my oil filter in stock, that I would need to run to Autozone and buy one and bring it back for them to complete the oil change. To top it off, theres no change to the cost. I’d still pay the same amount, which mind you, includes the cost of an oil filter. Mind-blowing. Needless to say I left and didn’t return.

Then ended up with $130 dollar oil change when I could do it myself for 60 like something ain’t adding up and it’s a dang suv not a diesel pick up that cost over 100 for an oil change. ROBBERY 💯
- JJJoe Scheurich JrJul 31, 20261.0very poor service. leaving a car leave the garage with very low transmission fluid and when you take the car back to see if they could check and see if there was enough transmission fluid in the car and be told that what is taking out of the transmission thats what they put back in. mount joy valvoline and wont be going back. need to train their employees better. this needs to be refunded
