  We had a very positive experience with selling our car at the Springfield location “We Buy Any Car”. Ed was the representative and was so easy to talk to and deal with. They made us a very fair offer and Ed had us on our way in less then an hour! Would highly recommend them over Carvana.

  Brian was very honest and worked hard to get me the best deal. I was very comfortable and did not once feel like he was trying to get over on me. He is a good guy and I would return to him if needed in the future.

  Had a stress free experience selling my car. Overall, the company’s staff conducts a very seamless process, which I think is invaluable to the customer. Our representative Kirk, ensured that we understood the steps involved and confirmed all required information was complete and that any of our questions were answered. Kirk was on time for his scheduled appointment and promptly walked us through the steps he would be taking to complete our transaction. What I appreciated most was the fairness of their valuation and the fact Kirk handled the whole process including issuing our check.

  All went pretty well,fair price and convenient. My only complaint would be that the appt team should tell you that the transaction will take several hrs to complete so you are prepared to give that amount of time. My transaction being an estate sale might have required a bit more time than the norm.

  Ed was great! He was kind, thoroughly explained everything step by step, and made sure that I was paid top dollars for my car. The whole thing took about an hour and I was leaving out with a check in my hands. I highly recommend going to see Ed if you’re looking to get rid of a car you no longer have use for!
