  lady I spoke to at the desk was very nice ,i called and made an appointment for new tires and everything was good until I got there and they started telling me I needed new brakes and outer tie rods and trying to charge me 1,500 for it like i was an idiot. i’m a college student and cannot afford that. I said absolutely not and went and bought the parts myself at advanced auto parts for $600. i had my mechanic uncle look at it and he said that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my front brakes and did not need new tie rods. they were trying to rip me off. Even the people at advanced auto parts told me that I’m probably gonna have to end up bringing these parts back because mavis is known for trying to give people false information for more money. Just because I’m a young girl they were talking to me like I was stupid and trying to take advantage of me. DO NOT GO HERE if your a young girl. they think we’re stupid!!! waste of my time and money.

  I recently purchased new tires from this establishment at a very reasonable price. I am extremely pleased with the tires; they are remarkably quiet and provide a much smoother ride. The installation process was also very efficient. I would enthusiastically recommend this business.

  I came in due to my tire leaking air due to a nail in the tire. Chris was attentive and greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. He got my information and within minutes my car was back in the bay and being worked on. Chris was easy to work with and has great customer service skills.

  This review is for Jack Williams Tire. If you’re in the need for not only tires but quality customer service and dependability look no further. Tyler was attentive, honest and very helpful. Once we need tires again, our first stop will be here.

  I am very disappointed with the way I was treated today. On August 5 called Chris from your Moosic Mavis location instructed me to bring my vehicle in at 5:00 PM on August 6 so that my brakes could be inspected when they put new brakes back in March 4 which they still be under warranty because my mechanic told me they needed replacement. I came at the exact time I was told. When I arrived, I was informed by the manager that the mechanic was too busy and could not stop working on another vehicle to look at mine. If there was no availability, I should not have been told to come at 5:00 PM. I drove from one hour and twenty minutes to your store in good faith, expecting the appointment to be honored. I respectfully request that this matter be addressed the district manager William call me to make this right. Last time the assistant manager refused to get my car inspected when the day before I was there and they inspected my car but had to get welding done at there other store Jack williams and come back.
