They fixed it in a few minutes and I will be going back to get new tires in a few weeks!! Great prices for the estimated tires!

I purchased their road hazard warranty expecting it to provide coverage when I actually needed it, but when I came in to file a claim on my damaged tire, it felt like they were looking for every excuse possible not to honor it. The staff was unhelpful, dismissive, and showed little interest in resolving the issue. I wasted my time and money only to be met with poor customer service and a lack of accountability. What’s the point of selling a warranty if customers have to fight just to use it? I left feeling completely misled and frustrated. Based on my experience, I would not trust this location with my vehicle or recommend it to anyone. There are plenty of other tire shops that actually stand behind the products and warranties they sell.
