  Mitch and everyone at Diehl were amaizing. I especially extend my thanks to Mitch. He went way far and above to get the jeep to his location for me, and it was perfect. He stayed loyal and checked in often until I was ready to buy. For anyone wanting a new or used car go to Diehl in Moon twp. They are the best and will take great care on your car needs.   We had Bill Vargo assist us with our vehicle purchase, he was great. Communicative, honest and enjoyable. Funny too! Very easy to work with. The whole process from first contact to signing of paperwork was super smooth. I would recommend purchasing from the Moon TWP dealership.

  You had one heck of a diesel mechanic in your shop. He did everything right even when he was laid up. But your shop manager took advantage did some shady things behind his back and the higher ups new about this and that man still has his job. However your shop shady shop manager chose to bring another person in for supposive help, give him this other gentlemans rack and couldn't even be bothered to try and make it work. So he had no choice to quit his job all due to your shady shop manager. What a huge disappointment. Don't worry, we will find out where this diesel mechanic is now working and we will be taking our business to him moving forward. This man is a great mechanic and he is appreciated by my family and many others.

  I had an outstanding experience with this dealership from start to finish. Mitch, my salesman, was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. Mike, the manager, went above and beyond—he made sure the vehicle I wanted was available before I even came in, helped secure great financing, and stayed in touch whenever Mitch wasn’t available. They gave me a great deal on my trade-in and worked with me online ahead of time, which made everything so much smoother when I arrived to test drive and purchase my Jeep. The whole team felt genuine, honest, and upfront, which I truly appreciated. The finance manager made the process quick and stress-free—no excessive product pushing—and even helped maximize the value of my trade. On top of that, a member of the service department took the time to gas up and clean my new Jeep and personally congratulate me, which was such a thoughtful touch. I was in and out in just about two hours, which is almost unheard of. After more than 40 years of buying cars, I can honestly say this was my best dealership experience. I will definitely be back!
