  I asked Globe Parking to provide battery replacement service on my 2021 Toyota Tacoma. They use Mr. Tire as their mechanical service provider. Mr. Tire installed the least expensive and correspondingly lowest capability battery for $250. This battery is available on the internet at other locations for $150.00. They then charged $45 labor and a $29.47 shop supply fee. for a battery replacement when their web site indicated free battery installation. Their manager is Angel. She was unwilling to cover either of the fees and asked me to contact "corporate". I did up set her in telling her to "grow a pair" and I am sorry for that, but my frustration was growing as she was unwilling to discuss refunds. I simply want customers to realize what you are getting at Mr. Tire in Moon Township. Ther are plenty of tire suppliers and service in that area. I suggest you use google to find any other location.

  Went to Mr. Tire in Moon on 5/20 for State Inspection and Emissions… guess the manager was feeling extra lazy that day and recorded the mileage in and out as 100,000. My vehicle only has 80,000 miles on it and is now showing as a potential odometer rollback on the Carfax. Round of applause for that level of incompetence.

  I choose Mr.Tire for my first state inspection because of the other reviews I read about their integrity. I had a great experience with a pass on my inspection with recommendations for the near future. I was not pressured to make any unnecessary adjustments or improvements with them, and I was in the lobby as they assisted another customer with affordable options for another issue. They care about the person, not just making the sale, and I will return again for other needs.
