  had appointment for inspection when there they t old they had no stickers to do inspection but the made me the appointment the guy who looked raggedy said I just work here I would not recommend Mr tire for a n y service there not dependable very un professional should not be in business.

  Despite taking some time (about 5-6hours), service was good, communication was ample, and pricing was fair. I got a brake service, which included rear rotors and pads. After the brakes were complete, they offered to do an inspection which saved me the hassle of scheduling, as I was already a few months overdue. Low hassle, fair price, convenient location-if waiting is necessary (walking distance to a gym, starbucks, and shopping center). Great for college students as it is only a 10-15min walk from both Yorktown residence hall and RMU main campus. Would definitely recommend and would go there for future maintenance.

  I had to bring my car to this location four separate times just to get a state inspection done. Instead of thoroughly checking the car and telling me everything that needed to be fixed during the first visit, they kept giving me information little by little and rescheduling me over and over. Every time I came back, they found something else, wasting my time and extending the process. To make matters worse, there is a limited window of time to bring the vehicle back for reinspection, yet they never have same-day availability or walk-in slots to resolve it quickly. My car ended up sitting idle for over 40 days—a vehicle I depend on daily for my work and livelihood. They made this process unnecessarily difficult and stressful. Terrible customer service and terrible communication. I do not recommend this location.

  The manager and employee named Noah were awesome. It was one of the few places open on a Sunday that could change a flat tire. They got me in as quick as possible and I was grateful for that and the whole process took less than 15 minutes they were friendly and helpful and got me on my way.

  I suppose it’s possible to be more unprofessional but I don’t see how.Went in for what should have been a simple transactional repair and big dude with red beard could not have been more rude and dismissive. Fwiw a couple of years ago my wife went in for 2 new tires. Some other guy tried telling her that because it was an SUV that she had to get all 4 replaced. Obviously not true. Automotive repair places that prey on women are just the worst.
